| Is there anybody following GI or GL eating plans i have been looking into both and i think it is something that i would like to try but i was just worndering about the success of the plans.

| try the GI diet by Rick Gallop. I have been on it and even though i haven't lost much weight, i know it is a plan i can follow for life.
