| Hey I'm new to the forum and I am looking for a really good diet plan to get me results. I am looking to lose a significant amount of weight (at least 45 more pounds) and I would like to lose it at a fair pace. I'm not looking to lose 10 pounds over night, but 3 pounds a week or so would be great if possible. Let me know if anyone has any suggestions or great plans that have worked for them. Thanks.

| I'd like to recommend the Eat To Live diet. You get to eat lots of food and yet lose at a fair pace (if you have excess fat, that is). You can buy the book online or get it at your local library. There are also lots of free podcasts that explain the diet at http://www.drfuhrman.com/radio

| Last year when I was qualifying as an aerobic instructor there was fellow student who had followed the RC plan for years and who, once qualified, was going to lead some of the workouts. However I never did pick up any info about what the RC food plan was about.
