Any recommendations of Simple, easy to buy and prepare, little cooking diet? I do not really mind about the taste as long as it is eatable not necessary delicious..

I am not really fat but baby fats here and there..need to get rid off  :P

Interesting to see your write about easy to prepare. I don't really do much cooking at all... in fact, I joke that I just eat the ingredients!

I follow the highly nutritious, low calorie Eat to Live diet plan I write about on my website (and you'll read about it in this forum) but never make the recipes. I just eat the fruits and veggies and such. Adding raisins and ground flaxseed to my morning oatmeal is about as fancy as I get!

Hey, Vivi -

Sounds like you're hoping to spot-reduce ('here and there').  The unfortunate truth is that you lose fat from all over the body.

When I first scored success in dropping body fat to where I wanted it, I got a lot of comments about looking 'gaunt'.   That's because the fat went from my face before I'd lost enough from around my middle!

It's worth persevering to find a food regime that you like.   Believe me, if you reduce by eating things that are barely edible, you'll pack it all on again, once you revert to your 'bad old ways'.

If you eat stuff you enjoy and still lose the fat you want to ditch, you'll find it much easier to keep off.   Stop thinking in terms of 'diet' and start thinking in terms of changing to a sustainable lifestyle...

Good luck,

NevD
