I'm about 150lbs  and would like to be about 120lbs but my diet does nothing for me as i don't like any fruits, veg or salads......i go to the gym 3 times a week for over an hour at a time and i ain't going nowhere

I have also considered lipo as well but i have heard that can go very wrong...

but now i might to go see someone who does hypnosis for weight loss and might be able to help me eats foods i have never put in my mouth.

Anyone out there who has tried any of the above??

If I am not mistaken, there are several forum members who have found hypnosis CDs helpful... I hope they will chime in and answer your question more fully.

In the meantime, here is a link to a CPH recommended product

Sarah,

Lipo will not help you at all because even if they removed all your excess fat, you would just put it right back on if you didn't change your eating habits. A good doctor would not even do it for that reason. Used properly, lipo helps eliminate the few deposits left over after properly losing weight.

It looks pretty much like you're looking for a miracle diet. Sorry, but the answer is in education... learning to eat well and exercise and take care of your body. The Tutorial on this website is a good place to start, but you will have to be willing to make some changes including learning to enjoy fruits, veggies, and other healthy foods.

Best wishes,

It sounds like you have not been eating well cooked fruits and veggies if you don't like any of them. God, I have had some great stuff, that I would of never eaten if I had known what is was. You need to experiment with your eating habits. Find some things you can eat that are healthy for you. Even if you lose weight without eating fruits and veggies. I can't imagine you would ever be healthy. To my knowledge everybody is suppose to get at least 6-8 servings of fruits and veggies a day. I can't even imagine my life without them. Sorry, to sound so harsh, just my opinion.
Good luck and I hope you find a solution to your problem.... bye

ps: You know I use to hate broccoli. But, I had it steamed one time and now I love it. My husband don't like certain fruits because of the texture of them. So, I make ones he can handle. Everyone is different, you will find a way.

I don't know a thing about eating clean....but you HAVE to find a way to put fruits and veggies in your diet!  Start experimenting with them.  Get some low fat low sugar fruit smoothie recipes and whip up some of those. Yummy!
