I love their claim -
Turn Fat into Muscle!
It is biologically impossible to turn fat into muscle! What they should say is burn fat replace with muscle!

if it's the one i am thinking, yes, the claim is strange, but i will say that i have the book and there is some really good advice in it. from what i got out of it, it's about making healthy choices, mixing cardio and weights, using logic, and it's a life style that a person can maintain. really, he almost parallels BFFM. you can see sort of a zig zagging method to his advise, and ther are rational expectations.
i don't know, from what i read of the book, i think that despite this impossible claim, he is helping more than he is doing harm.
his book is actually the first one i read that inspired my road to weight loss. first place i heard about healthy smoothies and oatmeal as a great breakfast option for weightloss. also gave great tips on how to eat out in a healthy way, better options, eating every few hours, eating immidiatly after working out, the importance of mixing cardio and weight training. he also admits that it isn't really an "abs" diet. he basically flat out admits that it was just a good way to get attion. but your abs will improve if you eat healthy, cut out the bad stuff, and exersize. and you can still have a meal a week that you can eat what you want. when you hit mantenance, you can have a whole day of eating the foods you really enjoy (of course, within moderation)...
NOTE: i am not plugging his book, just saying that he really isn't whacked out or anything. i have read it cover to cover....
