| Hi, im 16, and weighed 195 when my doctor told me i needed to lose weight. So, my mom got me to the gym, and i currently weigh 183. But I am also doing weightlifting to bulk up, and drinking more water (doctor recommended 1 cup for every 20 pounds, so 9 cups).
