That statement is straight from the above link. Sounds scary to me. Congrats on your weight loss. I suggest you should now consider eating healthy and exercising or else the weight will come back just as quickly as it vanished.
Well, it's true that this diet is very strict, but it's worth! And one more thing: after those 2 weeks I've changed my dietetary habits also ... just, so naturally ;-)
