here is the easiest diet that will GIVE the MOST results......... it might look unhealthy ... which IT IS... but once you lose the weight you have to realize and start eating right....  it's a protein based diet.... 2 0% FAT yogurts (50cals/each) in the morning, HALF a chicken breast in the afternoon BOILED then roasted for a good taste....... as much diet pop as you want..... I GUARATEE you will lose at least a pound a day if you stick to it.... you WILL be hungry for the first week, but after that it'll slow down and you will NOT notice the hunger anymore... I've lost a total of 47 pounds with it and KEPT it off for two years....

After you lose the weight you need to, just make sure you keep eating 1200 - 1400 calories a day... NO EXERCISE NEEDED..... isn't it great??!! GOOD LUCK and HAPPY LOSING!!! :D

so the only food is 2 yogurts and half a Chicken Breast? Thats only about 250 calories.
thats not a protein based diet...its a Starvation diet.  whic is the worse kind of diet you can possibly do. on a diet like that you are going to lose so much muscle its crazy.

Wow...that does not just sound unhealthy, it sounds downright dangerous.  Seems like that would put a huge, possibly irreversible strain on your heart eating, or not eating like that, for any extended period of time.

As mentioned... YES... VERY unhealthy and I'm completly aware of that... it's been 2 years and to tell you the truth, I couldn't feel any better.... I eat healthy, exercise (just for fun with my boyfriend) and lead... what I would say a healthy lifestyle.... Every once in a while I'm "bad" and I''ll eat more than I should.... the key is keep weighing yourself to see what you're at.... If I'm over my 130 limit (I'm 5'11").. then I'm just do my diet for a day or two....and BAMM!! back down to what I was... 128, 129.... and then I go back to eating my regular meals... so yes, I fully agree that it was dangerous and unhealthy.... but HEY!! it worked!!.. so I am definately NOT complaining....

I just gotta add my two cents here.... That is one of the most unhealthy 'diets" Ive ever heard of not to mention the fact that if you are indeed 5'11 and 130 pounds you are underweight.  Me personaly (my opinion) I would never want to compromise my overall and long term health just to be thin. But to each his/her own.....

Agreed.  It's not a diet, and you will probably do more damage than good in the process.  We all want to loose weight very quickly, it's human nature, but the best way is to take the healthy approach.

I'm actually really suprised this worked for you, in my younger years I was anorexic and did a lot of similar things, bottom line, eventually my body shut down, I got really sick, couldn't excersize, everything I ate turned to fat and I gained a bunch of weight.  Starving doesn't work, eventually it catches up to you.

Dont Diet!!!!! Change your lifestyle.

Start making better choices for what you eat...there is nothing too difficult about that. Dont let Work be an excuse.

I used to make that excuse when I traveled a lot. when I look back it was a pretty lame excuse. Instead of going into a convenience store for Potato chips or a macdonalds  I could have very easily gone into a grocery store and got some fruit or gone to the deli counter and got a fresh chicken breast sandwich.

We make excuses like that so that we dont feel so bad about making the unhealthy choice. but in reality there is not any valid Excuse for not eating healthy.

You have got to be kidding me! Im in total agreement w the other posters - this is soo unhealthy. Sure you lost weight...but that doesnt mean it was healthy - you dont realize that you're anorexic.

Back in the day i was anorexic too, altho i didnt realize it at the time....and i was even eating more than that! In any event, there are many things you could do to be healthy and still lose weight - have u read the ingredients on diet soda? where are your veggies? you're not getting ANY fiber...

why not try something like South Beach Diet?

I read that diet soda causes our body to hold back fat due to the rise in insulins.  Our bodies think it is a carb even though it is not, 0 carbs but due to the sweetness it thinks it is. plus yes the chemicals are very unhealthy as is the fake sugar which cause the insulin to rise.  Sorry can't spell that word.

I can't believe anybody would go on that diet.  2 years too.  I dont know. You need veggies and fruits and fat to feed your brain also.  What did your family say about how little you ate and your friends.  Please see a Dr. to make sure you are alright.  I mean that in the best of ways.  I am concerned for you.

i cant see how ur body would hold fat back because of diet soda.  Just because something tastes sweet doesnt give any chemical evidence to the body as to what it is.. I drink Coke Zero  .. not every day, and not lots of it, but it is part of my eating habits and i dont see any difference apart from the fact that it is low in calories.  The chemicals are bad for you but then so is a lot of other things in life, such as being overweight.  The chemicals or fake sugars in artificially sweetened drinks seem to cop a lot of flack for being the cause of all sorts of things, and there is a lot of controversy as to wether, or not they are the real cause of it.. no evidence seems to totally back that up.  I am not saying that we should all drink gallons of diet soda to stay thin.. but i dont think there is any real cause for alarm..

i would love to see the article you have read on the body holding back fat when diet soda is consumed.. if u have the address or location where i can read it please Private message it to me ...
thanks

Wow. I know this post is way old, but since there was a new post I came and read it...

That's kind of sad to me, that the person who posted this was so focused on their weight loss that they completely didn't care what they were doing to their body because of how unhealthy it is.

I hope nobody ever reads this thread and decides to try this "diet". I hope they will read what everyone else posted and notice how no one agreed that this was a good way to go.

This is just sooooo scary.

I would love to hear back from the person that started this topic and see how they are travelling.  Sometimes when u write things down, and then read them back a bit later on, you get more of an insight .. wether good or bad.  In this case, i agree with everyone else who was alarmed at this diet, and dont recommend it for anyone .. There will come a time when this diet no longer works.. your body will build up a defense mechanism against it .. but yeah, 2 years of it.. *shakes head*  ..

so.. if u have read this thread and thought "oh easy way to lose weight" dont forget to read the rest of the posts that come after it right down to this one :)

DONT DO IT!!

Hi I will look for the article.  I know there was testing done with diet sugars like splenda and as soon as I find the article again, could take weeks but will do another search on google.  That is how I found it, if you like to search also.
