Hi Zas,
I think I am going to make an "executive" decision for us... lets give FL4I another go. We both have done well on it in the past. I think with summer and busy lives, its a little easier to plan and prepare for. Plus we get the added bonus of "free" weekends every other weekend so we can relax a bit and plan outting/parties on those weekends. I do plan on coming back to the 17 days diet in August. I will then be more settled in my new house and everything else hopefully.
So lets start Monday!! We can post over on the other site and keep each other motivated. I have really enjoyed talking to you over here and I am hoping you meet me over there and we can rock the house together and get this weight off once and for all.
Let me know your thoughts!!

Ok, I'm back. Wedding over. Happy bride. Had to have my dress taken in 3 inches! Now it's 102 days until the honeymoon and I would like to drop another 25. I have started another food journal as I am starting with Cycle 1 again today.

Congratulations Febdoll, you look so beautiful!!!
I have jumped back over to the FL4I because i was struggling so badly with the 17... i am not really sure why. I did really like the structure and diet. I will certainly try it again. I was on vacation this past week so i have a few pounds to lose to get back where i was. I was going to stick with FL4I for this month and jump back on 17 days again in september. Where are you going on your honeymoon?

Good luck to you! I really like this because I will never really stop practicing the things I learned on the 17 day diet. The meals are realistic and I get to cheat 3 times on the weekends when it comes to cycle 4. I don't see myself living on sausage, green beans and delicious shrimp.
We are very excited for the honeymoon at Aura Grand Resort in Cozumel. We booked a Solarium suite which has its own private 4x13 foot pool on the roof! I'm going to pick out a bathing suit that doesn't fit yet so I can use that as my goal.

| That sounds amazing!!! I am happy you are having so much success. I am looking forward to giving it my all. You are right that the cycle four is more like real life. Thats what i liked about it. During you wedding extravaganza did you maintain well?

| I cheated plenty. Brats, beers, burgers, chips, pizza, ice cream, etc. But I still ate sensibly most of the time. Three weeks of that and I really only gained 3 lbs. I'd gain over the weekend and then eat well for the week and would lose what I gained in 3 days.

| Thats great.. you followed the 4th cycle pretty much and you maintained. Thats fantastic news. I am happy to hear that it works so well. Over all how much have you lost just using the 17 days?

| In all 3 cycles I lost 20 lbs. Most of that was cycle 1. I did not add any exercise, which is what I will change about this round.
