Eat to live- in college? - Eat To Live - Diet Plans

hey guys!
I am a sophomore student in college, where eating right and exercise is pretty tough, but I manage to work out 3-5 days a week and eat almost a complete vegetarian diet.
I have not read the book, but from what I have researched, I seem to be on the right track already.
I don't normally get a chance to eat breakfast, but when I do, it's all fruit.
lunch time, I eat in the cafeteria and it consists of spinach salad with veggies, a piece of fruit, steamed veggies.
dinner, I eat in the caf as well, which usually includes the same above, but whatever they are serving on the menu that is vegetarian
I drink a lot of water and watered down natural cranberry juice. I also drink coffee.

some info about me: I am 20, weigh 175, and i am 5'2''. I eat very healthy and i work out, but I have never been able to lose much weight. I lost about 20 pounds a few years ago, but since then, no luck. I am pretty muscular and have a bigger bone structure. I don't have plans to be tiny tiny, because that would be impossible for me and truth is, I would look funny. My goal weight is about 140-150. Doctors say that that would be the perfect weight, given my bone structure and body type.

just looking for a way to be healthier and lose some weight.

I would appreciate any feedback or tips. Thanks!

I second what nir says. You can get some understanding about eating alot of salads as well. I am on the program for the second time although I am not doing the 6 week plan this time but the life plan which agrees with me much better. I feel clean yet satisfied. I am also not one of those type who will ever be thin thin but just gettining healthy and being able to be active with my children is important to me.
