 Hi-

I am new and I mainly joined for support from all the E2Livers out there!! I have explored and made many positive changes in my diet for five weeks now. My husband has done the same. We have not followed the E2L precisley, but pretty close. Please comment and let me know what have worked for you and why you think the E2L way of living is the best choice for you. I am open to any suggestions, comments, and advice about holding on to this new way of life. Thank you, JayRee

Welcome!

I wrote the review under the Products link, above, so obviously I love it. Though I have never made a recipe or followed the meal plans. It just GREATLY influenced my diet and I basically eat the ingredients!

And for anyone who says you need to eat lots of meat to gain muscle, I took the attached picture when I was being silly the other day. It's not very good, but it makes the point. Not exactly the image people have of a pathetic looking 63 year old (near) vegetarian!

Nir, who runs the forum now, believes stongly in Eat to Live so be sure to read his posts on the subject.

Enjoy!

Peter

thanks for posting this peter. I'm going back to etl woe because I just feel so much better than trying to get all the macros just right. I know I was loosing fat on this and gaining definition. I'm convinced this is the best way to eat!
