| Well I am not posting in this topic, but I am posting my Eat To Live adventures in my diary. I would also like to recommend this thriving group: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Eat-2-Live/

I do a modified ETL. I seem to require more protein than some folks - and I mean chicken and fish protein, not powder. I make these huge batches of Dr. F's anti-cancer soup and freeze it. I eat this usually once a day with some fruit and maybe a sandwich or some fish or chicken. My first batch had the almonds, but I am watching calories and the almonds ran up the calories. On the second batch, I brilliantly decided to add a whole pack of 15 beans for 15 bean soup. I threw it out in the woods yesterday. I just hate all those beans. Third batch is wonderful. Low cal and delicious. A bowl fills me up and I know I'm getting lots of nutrients. I eat a lot of fruit these days and drink a lot of water. I have not given up coffee. ETL sounded wonderful, but I got too weak with that little protein. I'm not really fond of greenery with nothing to spice it up. That is why I like the soup so much. I guess everyone has to find their own comfort zone with ETL. I try my best to stick with the superfoods.
P.S. The anti cancer soup looks like loose baby poop, but it does taste good. I also had to buy a huge stock pot to hold all those veggies.
