This is my blog detailing my journey trying 3 different diets over 3 months to lose the stubborn middle age spread that too many good times have added over the last 10 years. I also intend to try out yoga again, be more green and more spiritual, oh and to create discipline in my life and to make me write daily - what a great and fun experiment!
