Today is 5:10 p.m. I had some popcorn with a little salt, no butter. Yes, I realize salt is bad. And Coke Zero.
Yesterday, I did mess up and have some chips and a coke. Yes, awful. But I have been on a diet for months and well there hasn't been much I can eat. Last night before bed I was hungry and something told me I had to eat. So, I had a bowl of low calorie soup, half a banana and chex mix about a portion.
I was keeping a journal of my food intake at home, but stopped even though the diet continues. A sample day follows like this: two strawberries, subway veggie delight six inch sandwhich on wheat without meat and one piece of cheese. Another sample day goes like this: romane lettuce with ceaser dressing. Another day goes this way subway veggie delight same as above.
Cheese is not a dieter's food.. oops. I should never have chips either. Anyway, you probably think there's no way I'm loosing weight, but I've lost about fifteen pounds.
There is a day once or twice a week, my dieting goes on vacation, but I never eat as much as I used to eat. I'm just never that hungry anymore.

| Also, I just fit into a size ten today for the first time in a year. I'm still obese at 137 for my height of 5.1. Last year I got down to 132. That's still too heavy. My goal is 105. I'm 32 and don't say it can't be done at my age. A few years ago I got down to 110 and was in a size four, almost lost all my weight. My aunt bought me an entire new wardrobe. She would never have bought so many clothes if I were larger. Well, anyway I'm tired of being obese and want to fix this problem for good. I've thought about gastric by pass surgery, but I don't like knifes.

| I didn't eat anything Monday. Today it's 6:30 and just the pop corn earlier. It's hard living in a world where every pound matters and we always have to work our way to smaller and smaller even to be comfortable talking to people.

| It's hard, because as an adult woman 13o pounds is 30 pounds overweight or obese. I'm very short.

| I've even given up a few times, because no matter how much I loose it's still not ever going to be enough. At 118 I was still overweight slightly according to the doctor and Jenny Craig for 5.1. I was at high risk for diabetes too at 118. It's just like I can never win so this time instid of getting morbidly obese [size 14] I'm going from this size ten I've just gotten into to a size four.

Hi. At 137lb and 5.1" your BMI is 25.9 that means you are overweight (no, not obese). Your unadjusted RMR is 1269. You should not be eating any less than that number. Eating less than that will be problematic for you - your metabolism will slow and you will get stuck (see What It Takes to Lose It All). You should be creating more of your calorie deficit with extra activity.
Just eating 1269 will get you results, but they will be slower (about 0.5lb per week)
