Today was the worst day i have had foodwise in a long time! I feel soo bloated!
Tomarow i am starting the DIET SOLUTION. So off to bed!

HI 50, sorry you had a tough one yesterday but one of the best parts of life is every day is a do-over if you want it to be. So tomorrow is gone and today is a new start. We have no sunshine here in MA so in case you don't have any in NH here is a little .I hope you have some free time to go out and play in it.

| I just got back from doing that very thing hiker! Took the kiddies for a mile walk to the park. A mile there a mile back and 4.60 on a crisk walk this morning. So 6.60 so far

First day of TDS and i love the food choices!
Had eggs and tomatoes, snack was 24 cashews, kunch was a large salad w/salmon,snack was cottage cheese,supper was beef patty, curried cauliflower and sweet potatoes. All that and green tea!
Exercise was great today as well! With a 4.60 mile walk/jog at 6am and a 2 mile walk with the kiddies to the park, a full body strength workout i have consumed1600 cals and burned 700. Netting 900. May this continue!

Up at 5am and did 1/2 hour of yoga then went for a 45 min. WaLk with a bit of jogging in there!
Breakfast was 2 fried eggs and spinach in 1tsp of coconut oil,a cup of java with cream.
i am at 305 in and 388 burned.so far so good!

| Just got back from a 75 min. -5.73 mile walk on the train tracks to the trussle bridge.

Lots of food today but pretty much all good stuff except the pepper jack cheese (of which i ate 4 oz!), and the 3 home made corn crackers that I ate. Other than that it was zuchinni,sweet potatoes,cashews,cottage chese with fkax/goji berries, toss salad and a bowl of home made beef chili. Totalling-2115 in and 862 out. Netting- 1253
Not so bad!

Wow! I didnt realize how long since i posted last! Well, to update; i have been doing a lot of yoga and brisk walking. I had tn stop jogging for a bit because my ankle was bothering me.
I might start again tomarow. I love that sweaty feeling after a long jog/walk!
Food has been mostly clean and mostly vegetarian with a little cheese here and there.

| Quick post here! Up at 5am did wake up yoga and some TARA STYLES fat loss yoga about 20 minutes on the mat. Then went for walk/jog. I stopped half way and did some yoga for runners which realy works those ham strings! Gad almost 1quart of water so far, a cup of java with raw 1/2 and 1/2, a bowl of fruit w/ tahini,cocoout milk and drizzle of honey. YUM!

TOok a 2 mile walk with the kiddies. For lunch had a piece of water melon,a veggie sandwhich w/ tomatoe,bell pepper, bbq onions and mayo. Then ate another 1/2 slice bread w/ bbq oniös and a little cheese spread.
Snapple tea ,coffee.chai tea-310 cdlories alone in drinks today!
400 for the sandwhich+extra
And 500 for fruit salad for breakie. So i am at 1210 and öly 2:30!
