Fighting the fat!

Ok this is just basically a little food diary to help me keep track of what I eat, plus I think it should help me stick to it so I can reach my goals.

Age:16 (turn 17 on the 26th of this month) so closer to 17
Height:5ft 8inches

Waist:46 and a half inches
Chest:46 and a half inches

Weight: 18 stone 0 pounds.

Goal: 9/10 stone I want to lose at least one stone in the next 3 months.

I have tried low calorie and fat diets before and they haven't worked for me, so I am trying a low carb diet and eating only natural foods, so no preservatives or chemicals in my food and the only drinks I will have will be water or tea.

Today wasn't great my brother bought some chocolate and I couldn't refuse but I only took two squares instead of the usual 10 I would have had!

Breakfast: Chicken breast without the skin, a cup of tea and a leafy salad.
Lunch: A small pot of natural yogurt,glass of water and an apple.
Dinner: Lean mince beef stew that contained, mushrooms,potatoes,tomatoes and carrots and a glass of water.

Snacks: #%@&!able chocolate! a handful of nuts not roasted or salted, apple, cup of tea.

Exercise: 10 minutes on crosstrainer at full tension (stopped for a few seconds at certain times because I got a cramp in my thigh muscles)

Cleaning if it counts :/ 1 hour cleaned dishes, hoovered, dusted, polished, gathered dirty clothes from rooms and then cleaned and folded them.

A small bit of gardening only for about 10 minutes digging up some ground in preperation for planting.

Some weightlifting 4kg weights for about 15 minutes.

Adding picture so I can look back later and hopefully see some progress!

Gwah anyone who looks at this don't be laughing at my picture please :(

Also does anyone have any advice for dieting during depression? I suffer from boughts of random depression and I tend to eat badly during them and do no exercise? Any tips about how to pick myself up when i'm feeling down?
