MollyMoo,
Thanks for dropping by. I've got a sweet apartment lined up. I'm so excited about being able to walk to work!
I wish I had something good to report. I don't. I'm gaining weight, and snacking way too much. I really think I do pretty well through meals, but there is so much junk around. And I CAVE!!! I really don't know what to report, because I don't know how much I'm eating or burning! One of the nice things about school starting!
I can say that I drank too many calories over the fourth. It's a big party in Ten Sleep. Parade, 2 days of rodeos, 2 nights of a street dance... I honestly got drunk. It's a killer.

No hangover. No worries. I'm pretty good about knowing where to stop as far as alcohol goes. Today I was just sluggish. Tried to help with the work, but didn't do so much. And then had ice cream tonight. Why? Because it was in the house. Ugh... Not that I want the bill, but can't wait to start buying groceries just for me.
Did I talk about the lemonade?? I like to drink Minute Maid Light Lemonade. It tastes good, it has five little calories, and it is a good substitute when everyone else is having a Pepsi. So last time I was in Casper (it's been a while), I bought 3 12 packs of lemonade, knowing how much my dad and brothers dislike anything that says "light." I figured my lemonade would be safe. I got home, and everyone started drinking my lemonade on top of their daily Pepsi!!!!! I don't mind sharing, but had to put the lid on that fast. At that rate I would have been out of lemonade lightning quick. Sometimes its just a no win deal around here.

The ultimate diet plan...
Yesterday my boyfriend of 4+ years and I decided to give each other some space. OUCH. there were always a lot of promises of change and none of it, so now the whole food thing doesn't sound good.

| Hey vgreet. Surely sorry to hear about your breakup. Even when it is the right thing to do, it really stinks. Thinking of ya.

Thanks MollyMoo.
I just spent the last week at a coaching clinic. Trying to get a bunch of stuff after I was done with class each day. It was far from a low cal or good workout week. It was a prime example of how I became overweight in the first place. But I did get the keys to my new apartment this weekend. I'm excited to move in, start cooking my own meals and working out. I'm also going to get a dog. I've wanted my own dog for years. I haven't decided which one I want, but I'm kicking stuff around. I would love Alfalfa, but too expensive! Still... I'm hoping to do some agility work with this dog. I hear those courses are good workouts for the owner too!

Hi vgreet! It is so nice to hear from you. Alfalfa certainly has beautiful markings. Any chance you can negotiate a discount? You make a good point about agility training being a good form of exercise.
I know what you are saying about having a not so good week. I've gotten really busy again at work and this past week I didn't have much good or green or exercise, and too many empty calories. I guess recognizing this is the first step in making changes before it gets to be a habit.
Keep us posted, OK?

| How is the new apartment and being able to cook for yourself? I am so glad you are in a place where you won't have such a difficult time having 'good for you' things around.

Ugh. I've been awful at posting. But hope to get better!!! MollyMoo, thanks for sticking around, and checking on me! I will be trying to catch up on your diary ASAP.
So... Just moved into the apartment yesterday. Everything is in boxes. There is hardly any food in the house, although I admit to putting a little comfort food here. This won't be an easy month. On the upside, I'm sure I'm under calories. I went for a 30 minute walk, and did 10 minutes of pilates last night and tonight. I worked 10+ hours at school today, and don't have too much to show for it! Oh well! I can't believe how much of this job and place are meshing for me! Hopefully it will continue on this trend. So much to do, so little time. I'm bumming internet off of my neighbor right now. Will try to keep everyone posted!

Heya Vgreet!~ How is everything? Has school started? Have you found the green stuff at the grocery store? I am sure that your days are just flying by but I wanted to give you a bump here so that you don't fall too far away from us. Check in when you can. Mol.
