WOW!!! It has been a long time sense I wrote in here.  Things seem to be going pretty good, have had a few rough patches but who hasn't.  I really need to start exercising and I think i say this every time.  Seth and I are doing really well we have had it really really rough sense before Christmas.  I would bet anything that I own that with the way the our economy is going there will be more divorces than ever.  That is really sad to say, but I think that it is true.  Money can make or break a relationship.  As for weight lose....well there has been NONE.  I have prob gained if anything.  But I am going to start changing that very soon

OMG!!  So we got some new scales and I actually got on them and I was kind of surprised at what they said.  123.8lbs  not that, that # is bad but i thought it would be soooo much higher.

I haven't really been dieting and exercising that much, besides walking every once in a while(to much snow here, and to cold. not a good excuse....lol) Anyways this is the start of Feb and I am going to watch what I eat and try to cut back on candy.  I plan to start exercising today. Not sure what I am going to do but it will happen to day:wink:.

WOW!!!! It has been a long time sense I have wrote on here.  Well I havn't been on here in a long time because I a pregnant now(21wks) and I can't really lose weight right now so I just stayed off of here, to keep me and my baby healthy.  We are both doing really well I have only gained a couple of pounds so far and the doctor says everything look great.  I am due on Feb 23... so we'll see how it all turns out.  Then I will be back to get all the baby weight off, hopfully

I am so heavy now, I hate it and I hate myself.  I can not seem to lose the baby weight.  My son is almost two.  I love about 20 pounds of it but can not lose any more.  And i am tired of it

i know it sucks kendra, but just keep working at it and it will come off. i'm kinda feeling the same way as you right now, but i know that the science behind calories in and calories out does not lie.  eat right, keep moving your body, and don't expect huge changes in a short time.  it's hard and it sucks, but it will pay off.

keep your chin up and think about your motivation.  you will see results.  if you don't, you can re-examine your diet and exersize plan.  can i ask, how are you going about reaching your goal? how about your stats? height, age, weight, how much you are trying to lose, etc?
