Right well i didn't weigh out portions or anything!
21st august
Breakfast-Half a demi-baguette
Flora spread thing
1 piece of baked bacon
Mid-morning snack-a nectrine (peach withouth fuzz)
Lunch-Half a demi-baguette
Flora spread thing
1 piece of baked bacon
(left over from breakfast)
Mid-afternoon snack- peach
Dinner-(couldn't aviod)mini pizza
a few curly fries
big pile of pea's, sweetcorn, cauliflower and carrot
Lots and lots of water.
Weight: 15st 3pounds
