Tuesday : 

One cup of decaf hot tea, no sweetener

Veggie sandwich- wheat roll, mayo, lettuce, tomato, spinach, cucumber, mushroom, sprouts

20 oz. Dasani water

2 Dove Milk Chocolate Moment cookies (only 2!)

Large spring mix salad with radishes, red bell peppers, red onions, balsamic vinaigrette.

veggie burger on whole wheat bun with Heinz 57 sauce and red onions

Ozarka water with lime juice

1 vitamin/mineral tablet

didn't count calories

Wednesday meal plan Aug 3

Breakfast- 1 cup blueberries, 6 oz Strawberry O'Soy yogurt, 1/2 cup rolled oats

Lunch- large spring mix salad with red onions, red bell peppers, radishes, celery, 2 Tbsp balsamic vinaigrette. 1/2 peanut butter and jelly sandwich (1 slice whole wheat bread, 1 Tbsp peanut butter, 1 Tbsp red raspberry jelly)

Dinner- large spring mix salad same as above. veggie burger on whole wheat bun with 1 Tbsp Heinz 57 sauce and red onions.

1 vitamin/mineral tablet

all day- 22 L. Ozarka water with juice of one lime.

1201 calories- according to my calorie counting book and the labels of some of the foods.

I stuck to my plan for yesterday.

plan for today

2 green apples with cinnamon and nutmeg, 6 oz. raspberry O'Soy, vitamin/mineral tablet

large spring mix salad with celery, radishes, red onions, and red bell pepper with 2 Tbsp Balsamic vinaigrette. Peanut butter and jelly sandwich (2 slices whole wheat bread, 1 Tbsp peanut butter, 1 Tbsp red raspberry jelly)

another salad same as above. 2 slices whole wheat bread with 3/4 cup homemade tofu salad.

1 cup Bigelow Sweet Dreams tea, unsweetened

All day- 22 L. Ozarka water with juice of 1 lime.

Stuck to yesterday's plan

Today's plan

Lunch- Large fresh herb salad with celery, red bell pepper, red onion, radish, 2 Tbsp balsamic vinaigrette. 2 slices whole wheat bread, 1 Tbsp peanut butter, 3 sweet pickles.

Dinner- large green salad (green and red leaf lettuce) with celery, red bell pepper, radish, red onions, 2 Tbsp balsamic vinaigrette. 2 slices whole wheat bread, 3/4 cup tofu salad.

All day- 22 L. Ozarka water with juice of 1 lime

1200 calories

Saturday-

Went to Cracker Barrel and had southwest scramble, hashbrown casserole, 2 biscuits with butter and blackberry preserves and an apple cider.

went to movie (Fantastic 4) and had large bottle water and a dill pickle.

Dinner went to Rice Boxx and got tofu veggie (broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts) with duck sauce, 2 veggie egg rolls, brown rice, and 1 fortune cookie. (An investment will yield big rewards)

had my vitamin/mineral tablet and 22L Ozarka water with juice of 1 lime.

Sunday-

Skipped Breakfast. Lunch-Wendy's fruit bowl with yogurt, iced tea. Dinner- tofu salad on 2 slices whole wheat bread.

Some Ozarka water with lime, but not the usual 22L. Forgot to take vitamin.

didn't count calories all weekend, but ate light on Sunday  to make up for Saturday.

Breakfast- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 6 oz. O'Soy Strawberry, 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 vitamin/mineral tablet

Lunch- Green Salad (green and red leaf lettuce) with red onion, radishes, celery, and carrots, 2 Tbsp balsamic vinaigrette. 2 slices whole wheat bread with 1 Tbsp peanut butter.

Dinner- 2 slices whole wheat bread with 3/4 cup tofu salad and lettuce. 1 cup vanilla hazelnut tea, unsweetened.

all day 22 L. Ozarka water with juice of one lime.

Breakfast- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 6 oz raspberry O'Soy, 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 vitamin/mineral

Lunch- Green and red leaf salad with celery, carrots, radish, red onions, 2 Tbsp balsamic vinaigrette. 2 slices whole wheat bread, 1 Tbsp peanut butter, 2 sweet pickles.

Dinner- same salad as lunch. 2 oz raisins. 1 cup decaf green tea with antioxidents, no sweetener.

all day- 22 L. Ozarka water with juice of one lime.

dinner- salad with romaine lettuce, broccoli, carrot, yellow squash, cucumbers, 1 oz. raisins, 1 1/2 Tbsp balsamic vinaigrette.

all day 22 L. Ozarka water with juice of one lime.

About 1200 calories

D- green salad with romaine lettuce, broccoli, yellow squash, cucumbers, tomato, 1/2 oz raisins, 2 T raspberry walnut dressing. 1 slice mega grain bread and 1 Tbsp blueberry spread.

all day 22 L. Ozarka water with juice of one lime

Stuck to yesterday's plan. No plan today.

No breakfast.

Lunch at Burger Barn, got grilled cheese sandwich and cole slaw with water.

Don't know about dinner. Need to try and figure how many calories lunch was.

Still had my vitamin/mineral and big jug of Ozarka with lime juice.

Didn't eat anything else all day.

Weekend report.

Saturday- Siciliano's with family. Had two garlic rolls, salad with croutons and honey mustard dressing, eggplant parmagian, and water with lemon. Saved spaghetti for later. Had spaghetti for dinner. Took my vit/min, but didn't drink all of my water. Don't want to know about calories.

Sunday- El Matador- had some chips and salsa, 2 veggie enchiladas, rice, beans, and water with lemon. Saved other veggie enchilada for dinner. That's all for Sunday. Took vit/min and had my 22 L Ozarka (no lime this time). Still don't want to know about calories.

I won't weigh in until next Saturday. Tomorrow back on the 1200 calories

Today's plan-

B- 2/3 cup berry medley frozen berries (blackberries, red raspberries, blueberries, strawberries), 4 oz. peach O'Soy, 1/2 cup rolled oats. 1 vit/min.

L- Salad with romaine, yellow squash, cucumbers, broccoli, tomato, 3 Tbsp raspberry walnut dressing. 2 slices mega grain bread with 1 Tbsp peanut butter, 1 Tbsp blueberry spread.

D- same salad as lunch except with 1/2 oz. raisins added. 1 Dreyer's peach fruit bar.

all day- 22 L. Ozarka with juice of one lemon.

1174 calories.

Didn't write for yesterday, so here it its.

L- salad with baby romaine, broccoli, tomato, cucumber, red cabbage, 3 Tbsp raspberry walnut dressing. 2 slices mega grain bread, 1 Tbsp peanut butter, 1 Tbsp blueberry spread.

D- salad with baby romaine, butter lettuce, red cabbage, cucumber, yellow bell pepper, white mushrooms, 1/2 oz raisins, 3 Tbsp raspberry walnut dressing. 1 peach fruit bar.

all day 22 L. Ozarka water

1172 calories

Aug 17

went to Burger barn at lunch- got grilled cheese sandwich and tater tots. Should have gotten the cole slaw again. They brought me way too many tater tots. I'll eat the rest tonight. Didn't count calories for today. I'll get back on the plan tomorrow.

All of the above is from my diet journal from another forum that I just left because they are experiencing a terrible troll who keeps coming back under new usernames and won't go away. I've decided to use another support forum and hope he doesn't find this one. If they keep him busy enough over there, maybe he'll just stay to ruin that forum and leave the others alone.

I didn't want to lose all my info, so I copied and pasted it over here. This one seems to be moderated pretty well to keep the crazies out.
