I hopefully stay with this long enough...
Goals...
- Continue with weight lifting to bulk up in the arms
- replace "keg" with "6-pack" abs
- get self esteem to ask a girl out
- diet to maintain a good build
Need to do...
- figure out a good diet plan
- cut out urges and pressure to eat fatty foods
- work out Mon. Wed. and Fri. and do more than just sitting around the other days

Hey nervous guy,
A little bit of advice...If you're looking to build muscle be sure to get enough protien. You may want to check out the Body for Life diet, my husband loved it, but be warned the preparation of meals can be a pain! As for the urge to eat fatty foods I read that we are born with a "sweet tooth" but the urge to eat greasy stuff is learned. This is good news because if you can go without greasy food for a week or two the cravings should subside. If only this were true for chocolate ;). I know my self condfidence goes way up with excercise, when I first started running I felt like I could take on the world. Go for and endorphin rush with cardio, and you'll see results around your middle too! Good luck with the girl!
