192lbs and rock steady on the cardio. 30min a day every other day (min 3x week). Trying to cut calories and have cut way back on cola's and regular coffee. Snacking is also cut back. trying to eat smaller portions and avoiding late meals.

Even on the road managing to get cardio at the hotel. I might be hitting a wall, getting harder to motivate or stay focused.

Sunday morning. Headed to the gym for cardio and weight training. iPod keeps me going on the cardio. The first 10 minutes are the hardest. Many thanx to Linkin Park for their awsome tunes that go so well with my routine. BMI is still slightly over. (25.3)

Sounds like you likely lost some fat and added some muscle. THAT'S the goal!

Been on holiday and back to work. Catching up caused me to lack on the exercise in the last two plus weeks. I feel like a slob. Got to get back into the rythm tomorrow.

188 yesterday 189 this morning. BMI is 24.9 if I can stay closer to 185. Walking is a way for me to relax and time to think about life. I look forward to my daily walks. Stopped drinking alcohol. Beer seemed to keep the pounds on. Still crave it though. I've cut back on my portion size during meals and cut my snacks back to almost nothing. Craving the salt and sweets, but resisting them.

189 this morning. Not done any exercise in last few days. Need to cut the late night snacks. Vasectomy this morning will sideline me for exercise over the next few days.

Well I've been on Military leave since 4 Oct 07 and home for the holidays. 190lbs this morning after all the eating and drinking. Not too bad, but I need to get back on track. No alcohol, except for New Years Eve of course.

First workout in quite a while. Biceps, triceps, crunches, leg press, and cardio bike for 25 mins. Whoa, I'm so out of shape. New Year brings new dedication. Let's see what I can accomplish in 2008.

Well, off the holiday and back at work. MIL training in AL. Headed to the hotel gym for a bike ride and some weights. Cutting back on snacking and caffeine. Wish me luck. I plan on a 10lb loss in 30 days.

Thanks. Another day completed towards my goal. I did 30 min on the elliptical followed by push ups. The heart rate monitor on the machine threw me off a bit. One second I had 200 beats per min then 75 per. Oh well, must be a glitch. I am physically beat, but feel great. The gut/tire is still there. Going to take time. I must be patient as well as determined.

Wow, I've updated the Challenge and forgotten to update my diary. Well, I'm back home from Mil Duty and have hit the gym twice last week (oh so painful). I renewed my FAA physical and my BP was super 110/78. I've been up and down (yoyo) on the weight. One day I'm 189 next I'm 191. At least I'm in a small range. Headed back to the gym this morning. I'll update later.

I've hit the gym and feel good (but painfully tight) afterwards. My hunger is starting to get under control. My will power is getting stronger. I've changed my workout routine a little just for change. Lifting a little heavier weights too. Strength is getting better as well as stamina.

Working out seems to be getting better. I'm doing a lot of stretching before and after my workout. I've increased my weights a little more and now am doing 28min + 5min cooldown on the elliptical. I was 187lbs this morning. I really cut back on the snacking.

Been out of the loop for awhile. I was hitting the gym regularly until three weeks ago (work). I've seen a big drop in my fitness since. Back on track very soon. June work schedule is super.... gym will be 4x week

192 is my wall. I tend to be +/- 5lbs of 192lbs. The walks are GREAT. Early morning before the sun tries to bake the southeast. The breeze is light and the hills are tough. Going to start a push-up routine today. Got to work thoses shoulders.

Yikes. 194lbs this morning. I hope it is water retention. I had Chinese w/ too much soy. So, I hope the soy made me hold in too much water. Walks need to be earlier in the morning, getting too hot. :sun: I've yet to start my push-up routine. :nono: Got to focus.

I think it was the soy. 191lbs this morning and that was after an 11oz prime rib dinner last night.:chewing: Yummy. I missed my walk this morning, had to take my wife to the Dr. Nothing serious, just precaution. She was funny coming out of the anesthesia. The things one says while under the influence of drugs. I still love you babe.

WT... Heck? I was 194lbs this morning. Ate about half of what I normally eat and felt starved all day long, only to weigh heavier. Walking is still fun. I've yet to start my push-up routine due to pain in my left thumb. I will start, I promise.
