I am very distressed about the fact that I lost my username and password for the new menu version of the diet. I still have one for the old version but months ago I was able to recreate a new username and password for the new version. I had to take a break for quite a while and now I am back and ready to get going with it and for the life of me cannot remember how to log into the new menu. I only printed one menu from it almost a year ago, and really kind of liked it better than the old but never had a chance to use it.
I can still log into the old menu, but really would like to give the new one a try, and never got the chance. I have tried to reset a new one, but no matter what date I put it is unable to confirm my identity. I am so frustrated, there is nobody on the website that I Can contact or anything.
Can anyone please help me with this??? I would really like to try the new menu!!!

I don't know how helpful this will be but have you tried you regular username with a 1 on it .... that is what most people did from what I have read. Good Luck!

| In the upper right hand corner of the log in screen there's a button to press if forget your login info. I'm not sure what it does but maybe that's what you need to do....

I am back doing this diet after about 1/2 year and now I see there is a new version. I have tried many of the suggestions for getting on but I'm not getting anywhere. I am wondering if I will be able to since I joined last January 3 and now it s over a year ago - when the ask the date you joined they only ask month and date - I didn't join this January 3 ... follow me... I'm not sure what to try next.

There are two versions of this diet which we call "old" and "new" here, but they are both FL4I. The new one has more foods and you can read about it here:

Thank you fro asking. Both brothers are now doing the diet. Zandor has posted here and has lost 25lbs. He seems to like it and he has a friend who has started it as well. I will post his results as we hear them.
My other brother and his wife both started this diet, but did not weigh before they started. I can't imagine, but I obsess about the scale.
Anyway, both feel they lost some weight so far and are on their second cycle tracking their weight now.
I have lost 50lbs and am sticking too it that. I have, as I mentioned in some other thread, really started focussing on the BFFM diet too (Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle or http://www.caloriesperhour.com/products_BFFM.html).
This does NOT conflict with WL4I, but it is more complicated and takes what we are doing to the next level of detail and therefore flexibility. I will let you guys read up on it, but I don't wnat to confuse or discuss that in this forum. My point is that I have ADDED calories as I feel that I was not getting my minimum 2000 per day in on the foods listed and I have likely let myself lose more muscle than I should. Remember, I am a 6'2" 205lb male so you guys could easily be avoiding the "starvation" level. But I am maintaining and creeping down.
