| I'm new here and to the FL4I program, but I wondered about this - if the weight loss is very quick for me...what will happen to excess skin? From what I understand, if the weight loss is gradual, then the skin sort of stretches back, but if you lose weight quickly, you will be left with sagging skin. Is this true?

judy, you're better off posting on our main FL4I board...more people are on there. I'm sure Lorraine will chime in here but no one else will see your post.
I don't know anything about that question but I wouldn't say that you would lose an insane amount of weight in a very short period of time. Even if you lose a lot on your first or even 2nd cycles the weight will gradually slow down and if you do it right, you will probably lose about 2-3lbs per week which is exactly what is considered normal with any weight loss plan.
Please join us on the general discussion board!

Hi Tommie and welcome
You'd be best off posting on the general discussion forum as that is where we all 'hang out' and you'd get a better response. Have you already purchased the fl4i plan or just researching at the moment?
Hope to see you on the general discussion forum soon!

Hi im Sam and im starting the FL4I diet tomorrow after doing a mass shop for the foods on my menu. I currently weigh 167lbs and my goal is to get down to 140 lbs.
I have realistically set myself a target of being 154lbs by 12/08 this year which is my sons christening. Hopefully i will make it to this with the support of my fantastic step mum lorraine who is a moderator on this site.
Fingers crossed for me. XXX
