I am right now trying to find how people handle it when there are weird combinations that come up, like oatmeal and salad...and what to eat for breakfast on veggie day???
I'm not much of a breakfast person anyway, but forcing down veggies in the morning will be rough for me. Hi Gerbera and Welcome! One of my favorites for veggie day breakfast is to cook some winter squash the day before, then just warm some of it up the next morning with a little cinnamon and nutmeg. Or some cooked pinto beans with shredded cheese on top, or sliced tomatoes warmed in the microwave with shredded mozzarella or Parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of basil.
And the weird combos? LOL - You'll be surprised what you can come up with. But the diet does state that you can eat all, or just one or two of the foods chosen for you in a particular meal. So if you're not fond of oatmeal salad , you can choose to eat just the oatmeal or just the salad.
Hi Kitty! You sent that Chicago rain my way, didn't you? We're expecting a rare thunderstorm and maybe hail today. Actually, it's a nice change from the heat we've been having.
Cheers!

| Gerbera, if you get weird combos, you can also hit the back button, then click the submit button after you pick your foods. Do that until you get a menu combo that you like. I like having bacon and scrambled eggs together so I hit the back button until I get it.

I posted this a page or 2 ago. I wanted to know if any of you do any kind of ab work because that's what I'm trying to work on. Even before I was overweight, I always had a little pooch. For this reason, I'm not surprised that it wasn't gone even when I reached my goal weight.
I know the handbook says it's a waste of time.

Gerber~for breakfast on veggie day, i either grill tomato slices and melt cheese on them..mini pizzas or raw veggie and humus dip. If i get oatmeal and salad, i'd just pick one of those. remember you don't have to have all the choices for one particular meal. I do try and work my menu so i don't have many weird combo. i sometimes hit the back button 5 x before i get a menu i can live with for 11 days..the only combo i don't like on my current menu is ham and bacon. I just pick one, not both of those. don't forget about soups on veggie day, bean chili, tomato soup and add some veggies you like...check out the recipe thread for more veggie ideas.

Hello all! Welcome Gerbera! You can do just what Omayra said, and hit the back button until you get really good combos....cheese and eggs, bacon and eggs....fro-yo and fruit salad.....some of them you cant avoid, but you just make the best of it!
Omayra, I dont have an ab answer for you, maybe Larry is lurking and can give you some tips....I know they say sit ups are a waste of time if you have the extra "cushion" over them....but you should still be able to tone with some "moves"
Well, today was pretty good, I went over to my friends beach house, and thier 2 year old got a hold of my phone, dropped it, and now the screen is totally kaput! My life was in that phone...every number I needed to know, so many pictures....I am so bummed! Now I need to get a new one, and find out if there is a way to get any of that info back....bleh! Diet wise, I did good, brought my own lunch to the beach house...did have some tequilla, and TOM is 1 week away. I was up on the scales this morning...it will continue to go up thru the rest of the cycle....I have to remind myself not to be disappointed, it's just hormones, and will go away next cycle. (I'm listening to my own advice...lol)
Tomorrow is veggie day, and I am very prepared...yummy veggie chili, and broccoli slaw, good stuff! I'll make some zucchini pasta with tomato sauce and cheese...who knows what else I'll be inspired to make???? So SV's, I hope you had an amazing CW, and will be back strong tomorrow...and happy veggie day to us FFF's!!! See y'all tomorrow!
Good Night...Hugs~Zeva

Oh Zeva I'm sorry about your phone! Last week, my daughter got a hold of my camcorder and there were some DV tapes next to it and I saw that she pulled the strings and it's ruined. The worst part is, I don't know what precious footage was in there and my camcorder's battery is missing and I had to order a new one. I'm now waiting for it to come in the main in about 2 weeks and I'm praying the footage that was destroyed wasn't the one of my DD's first steps. If so, I'm hoping that my MIL has some backup footage of that since I had her save some of my video clips on her computer. That footage is irreplaceable and I'll be a bit depressed if some of that footage has been destroyed.
Anyways, thanks, I hope Larry has some tips too.

Well.....I am through with my cheat days and I am now on Day 1. I had gained 5 pounds last time and I was bound and determined not to this time!! I got on the scale this morning and guess what??? I DID NOT GAIN!!!!
I learned from my cheat days before that it is very easy to over eat if you do not have a plan. I am so blessed to have all the wonderful advice on here about the cheat days!!
This is what I did:
*I figured out how many calories I could have each day to maintain my weight.
*I ate some of the same meals from my previous cycle and treated my self once a day.
*I wrote down everything I ate so that would help me not to over eat.
*I walked 2 out of the 3 days
*Tried to get in all my water.
*ate until I was satsified
This is what worked for me this time....I hope that it will next time as well. I hope all the other SVs enjoyed their cheat days and remember if you gained anything it WILL come off plus some. If it was your first cheat days ever...hang in there...I did and learned from my first cheat days. Now I have a plan for my cheat days.
Sunshine: Thank you for your rules for cheat days...they came in handy!
Annie: Thank you for your advice the other day about CDs.....it helped me a lot! I am interested in what you mean about the low-glycemic foods....I would like to try adding that during my cheat days next time.
GerberDayzee: Welcome!!! You will see how wonderful everyone is on here....I am sure you have already noticed how great the support system is here! Let us know if you have anymore questions!!
Zeva: So sorry about your phone...hopefully they can still get the information from it if the screen is the only thing not working right.
I hope everyone had a great weekend...I can't believe it has come and gone already.
FFFs you do not have much longer!! Hang in there!
SVs: Time to get back to and drop some weight!!!!!

Making Music, Thank you for the welcome and you're right about the support and answers I have found so far!
I am 1 meal into fruit day, and feeling pretty prepared for now anyway. Does anyone do a Subway Sandwich for the deli sandwich on fruit day, or does everyone make their own? My dog ate 1 pound of pastrami that I left on the counter and I was really planning on a pastrami with mustard. danged dog.
Also, since I am on day two today, does that make me a shrinking violet? Do I need to somehow join that group or is there a special thread?
Thanks, Everyone!

OMAYRA
I still do weights, ab work and cardio. I know the diet rules say that anything over walking is not going to help lose weight, but I don't believe that. Exercise will help tone your muscles and build your core strength. I hadn't done sit ups for forever and when I started doing them I could hardly do five in a row, now I am up to 30. They might not help decrease my belly but I am strengthing those muscles and that will benefit me in the long run. In any case it isnt' going to hurt you to do them.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY P*ROSE
I hope you enjoy your day today!!!
Zeva: Thank you!!! I sure did try hard this time and it feels great to not have gained!!
GerberaD: You are officially an SV!!! You will need to weigh yourself on day 1 of your cycle then on the morning of day 12/the first cheat day and subtract that amount from day 1 and post your totals here. So if you didn't weigh yourself go ahead and then weigh again on your first cheat day.
To answer your question about the sandwich on fruit day. It says to use 2 slices of regular size bread and to me a 6 inch sub maybe too much bread...to be on the safe side I would make the sandwich yourself. If you have already eaten a subway sanchwich it shouldn't hurt much just see how it effects you. The first cycle of this diet is a lot about trial and error as I found out. But my first cycle I lost 8 pounds! Because of this forum I was able to stick with it and get a lot of great ideas to make the meals more interesting! Make sure you check out the recipe thread..there are lots of great things to make...just make sure it says it is for the diet and not for cheat days.
I hope this has helped you!

Thanks Marissa. I think I'm going to start doing some more exercise. I haven't done sit ups in forever so I know it's going to be hard but I'll work my way up.
Well, I'm very frustrated this morning. I said I wouldn't weigh in until Day 12 and because it looks like I lost a couple of inches, I weighed in this morning and I'm back at an even 170.
Seriously, I'm really angry. I would think I'd at least be back at 165 but this cycle and the last have been my worst! I really think this diet has stopped working for me. At this poin the only reason I'm in it is because I know that I'm going to keep gaining weight back if I give up. I guess it was my fault for getting off the plan for a month........
For my cheat weekend I'm going to see if I can count calories because I know I don't want to eat my diet foods on those weekends, I'll have been sick of them!

agl - You're a party animal!
Omayra - Did you have good luck with the BC plan when you first started it? If so, would you think it would help to do another BC cycle? I keep saying I'm going to do a DG cycle when/if I stall on BC. But I'm still losing (a smidgen) on it, so I'll stick with it for now. It's been 3 months today, and I'm losing at the average rate of 2.33 pounds/month. Not enough for most, of course, but it's better than I've done on anything else.
MMusic - Good tips on CDs. Very good guidelines for maintenance as well - thanks for listing them out. And congrats on no gains over the weekend - That is fantastic!
Zeva - Enjoy that chili! That's one of the things I miss from DG - that and fro yo (of course!)
Gerbera - Doggone doggie! Don't ya just love 'em? MMusic is right, the diet does say to just use regular bread slices.
Hi to everyone! Hope you all have a wonderful day! Sun's shining here again, but windy.
Hugs all around!

ok, you all caught me in time, I will make my own sandwich. I really want to do this right! I think right now I am so darn hungry I was trying to come up with the fastest way to sandwich that I could!
oh, and, yes I LOVE the doggie, his name is Bacchus and is a German Shepard. And I have to say that I am far angrier at him now then I was at the time, again, pretty hungry!
I really wanted to get control of portion sizes, so I know this is really good for me.

Gerber,
I confess -- we go to Subway every other Tuesday. Since my DH and I are both on this diet, we saw absolutely no sense in having a loaf a bread around. I know that we could stuff it in the freezer, but why have it around at all? Instead, we swing into Subway and get a sandwich (no cheese - just meat, lettuce, tomato, mustard and light mayo) on whole wheat. Their bread isn't as dense as most french bread, so I don't worry too much about it. Plus I have been known to peel off the meat and tomato and just eat it. Yes, I order the foot long -- but never eat the whole thing. I have learned to stop eating when I feel myself filling up. (Geesh, that is a tough lesson to learn!)
Again, I didn't start this until at least my 3rd or 4th cycle. I think most will tell you to stick as closely to the diet as you can when you begin. This way you will find out what does and doesn't work for you.
Good Luck!! T

Hello, Howdie, and Hey there everyone!!!!
PRose Happy, Happy Birthday!!! I hope you make a buch of wishes and they all come true! Dear Sunshine and Zeva - I am sending a big bunch of hugs, and prayers your way. Well it feels like Ive missed a lot! Nate, Kash,Dhara, Gerbera, Hooorray ! We are very glad your here!
I am excited to say tha I weighed back in today at 223.5. I got thru CDs pretty well i think. I was very afraid I would blow it bigtime. I didn't though. I was very carful to stop...and of coarse , lots of water!
Oh! OMAYRA !!! I wanted to tell you, what I do many times for abs. As I really HATE sit ups or crunches, I try to work my tummy muscles when I am laying on the couch or whatever. First I suck in my tummy and tighten it , and Ive learned to tighten and relax my lower abs. I just tighten them real tight and relax them , over and over.Working the different muscles. Nothing big , its kinda like stretching. Sometimes you feel it the next day, like crunches without doing any!! Maybe you will find it helpful. I do try to make sure I haven't eaten recently tho.
Have a good one!! Goodnight! KyanSV
Hey Webfairy Can i be a SV too Please?

Welcome LOL! I have done both, and there are others too that might want to voice thier opinion. But I think it's really up to you. The DG gives you a very structured 4 meal a day plan, allowing frozen yogurt, milkshakes, smoothies and oatmeal, and the BC is more flexible, you choose what you eat every day 6 times a day....but none of the listed or condiments are allowed, but you can choose according to your mood...they both work great. It is up to your lifestyle, if you can fit 6 meals a day or 4, and if you can be strict enough to make your own menu. I would try the DG first, do it for several cycles, and then if you need a change, try the BC. Can you tell us more about yourself? How much you'd like to lose, your age, where you are? Any more questions, we are all here to help eachother out....

Kyan,
I've done that before and I have felt it. I haven't done it in over a year though. I think I'm going to start tomorrow because I just can't bring myself to do sit-ups again. Thanks for the tip!
Yaya,
After reading your post about custard again, I started browsing recipes to see if I could come up with something that won't deviate from the diet too much. The reason why I usually drink soymilk or almond milk is because they have just as many calories per cup as skim and low fat milk but I just looked up evaporated skim milk and I didn't realize it was 200 calories per serving! That's more than regular whoole milk.
Here are some good recipes which I'm thinking of trying next cycle:
http://dessert.betterrecipes.com/fat-free-custard.html
The ingredients for the recipe on the above link are as follows:
2 cups skim milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup EggBeaters (4 oz)
1 tsp vanilla extract
I'm sure you can use real eggs.
The recipe on the link below is for a dairy-free custard, it only uses eggs and sugar:
http://showbizandstyle.inquirer.net/lifestyle/lifestyle/view/20090428-202007/Lactose-free-leche-flan
These are the ingredients:
Syrup:1 c sugar (Sub with Splenda)
For the leche flan:8 egg yolks4 whole eggs2 c sugar (Sub with Splenda)1 tsp vanilla¾ tsp zest of dayap or calamansi (sub with lemon zest)

Thanks z1434eva so, I'm 15, my height is about 5'1, im 145 lbs and i want to lose that 45 lbs. I finish school this friday so I'm gonna start the diet saturday, so both diets would fit with my lifestyle at the time, thats why i don't know which one to start with. But, i think I'm gonna go with BC because i want to lose weight faster, and I'm going on vacation to Italy and I'm gonna be staying over there for a month, so i have about 2 months before school starts again. I calculated that with BC i would lose the 45 lbs by august 8th if i lose 9 lbs every 10 days as it says.
Also, i was wondering... when i get on the plane... what the heck should i eat? I kept thinking that the whole day... should i eat everything they give me? or should i eat absolutely nothing? 'cause i can't like... bring my meals with me... Lol
a little help please?

I saw the link to the cheese crisp recipes and I am so trying that on my next cycle! I really miss eating chips and that will hit the spot since I enjoy eating the burnt cheese that melts out of a sandwich.

Day 2, so far so good. I am finding that it is a lot more difficult to follow the diet now as my DH has just very recently retired and is home all the time. Before he was away a lot, or at the office. I only had the main meal of the day to use my will power on. But I have to lose more, and I have 3 months to lose 25 lbs. We are going on a 10 day cruise in sept. I can do this, I can do this.!!!!!!I know I can, I know I can!!!! I have lots of help here, thank goodness for you all.

Good Morning, Veggie Day for me today, I followed one of the recipes for the pinto beans and vegetables that I found here at the forum. It is going to be challenging to eat know more than 4 hrs. apart today, I have to leave work for a meeting that will last 4 hrs. 1/2 hr. ride there-1/2 hr. ride home. Atleast my beans and veggies are ready for when I gat home
Prose: A belated Happy Birthday to you I hope you had a wonderful day!!!
Making Music: Congragulations on maintaining!!! I find maintaining a loss much more challenging then losing. What was your loss at the end of your second cycle? And thank you so much for the tips, you have confirmed for me what I had been thinking about doing on my CD, figuring my calories to maintain and sticking to them. I will also use your other tips, thank you so much for sharing them.
GerberDayzee: Welcome!!! I'm sure you have already discovered what a supportive forum this is. I come here often to read new and back posts to encourage myself. I wish you the best of luck, I believe if we hang around here long enough we will succeed
Omayra: Thank you for the recipes, you must love to cook!!! You always have such great recipes and tips for making our food more interesting
Can someone clarify something for me? When we weigh in on the morning of Day 12, do we post what we lost from Day 1 of a new cycle? Or post the difference from what our weight was at the end of our last cycle?
Y'ALL HAVE A GREAT DAY!!! Yaya

Good Tuesday Morning to All,
I have just joined this forum and wanted to post to you what an encouraging forum you have going on! I have been reading it for the past week and can clearly see how much support one can have with you all. I have especially enjoyed some of the tips on how to make the food more interesting...... I am on my 2nd cycle with today being my vege day. I am not sure about the vege chili as there as things in the recipe that we are not supposed to have??? I will experiment with it as I begin my 3rd cycle. I had lost 11 pounds on my first cycle, gained 2 pounds on my CDs. So far I have lost 6 pounds additional into this 2nd cycle. I have a total of 45 pounds that I would like to see disappear! We'll have to WEIGHT and see! Take care everyone and keep up the good work!

Hey!! Goooood Morning!!!
Yippeeee! I bounded out of bed this morning, bouncing down the hall " IT'S FRUIT DAY!!" I love fruit day!
Hey Marisa ! Welcome ! I am terribly sorry , somehow I missed your post last night . I agree with you on doing ab work, its never a bad thing to do. POOF , Hello!!!! If i am really shakey on my will power , I tend to keep repeating something to myself * pounds are more important* basically than whatever i was tempted by. Does that make sense? Yes you can do this. This is my second cycle 2nd day, on my first, I was amazed , I lost 13 lbs!!! I checked 4 times to make sure.
Hey LOL !!! I am not sure how to help you on that one. There are MANY SUPER smart people around here tho. You may want to start once you get there and find a grocerie store and deli. It may be easier that way.
It is a glorious day here in TN. and I am going walking, and maybe to the gym!
Have a fabulous day everyone!! Kyan

xLolZx - Welcome again! I posted to you on the Cheat Days thread. But I wanted to agree with Zeva - If it were me, I would definitely start with the 11 day DG for several cycles before going to BC. The DG makes it easy for us by planning our menus for us once we choose our foods. And, I think the FL4I diet tells you that you can lose "up to 9 pounds" in 11 days. The first cycle is when most of us have the biggest loss, after that it can taper down a bit. But it's entirely your decision - Like I said - I much prefer BC myself. And here's a tip I lifted off a post Sunshine made a few days ago regarding air travel:
"Junebug...traveling can be rough...airport food is terrible...I carry fruit and nuts and cheese sticks. Hang in there!! I often order a fruit plate for the flight if it is overseas and then eat my nuts and cheese for protein."
Omayra - Just when I was mired in self-pity because I couldn't have custard on BC, you post a dairy-free flan recipe. Thank you - I could kiss you! Oh, and those cheese crisps? I would not try them without the parchment paper. I had a runny oily glop on my plate that didn't resemble anything close to the picture!
Poof - Know what you mean about staying disciplined with a retired DH at home. But we only usually have dinner together and sometimes breakfast. So I just have what I would normally have and add vegetables to his dinner and maybe toast to his breakfast. Then I eat the leftover vegs. for one of my veg-only meals the next day. That was tough getting used to for me, especially at dinner time.
Welcome Louie! - If you look through all the pages of the Recipe thread I think you will find at least one or two chili recipes that use only what we are allowed. The FL4I plan has changed from what it was a few years ago when different foods were allowed. If you don't see one - let us know - lots of us have our own favorite ways to make the chili.
Hi to everyone and hope you all have a glorious day!
Hugs,
Annie

Yaya - You post your Day 1 weigh-in of the current cycle minus your Day 12 weigh-in. That way even the slow losers like me can crow a little! Like, for instance, this cycle I have a net loss of 0.4 pound (WOW!) so far, but I still could post a loss for the team of 3.4 pounds (wow again). Yay! Everybody wins!

WOOT! WOOT! I can't wait to have some results to post. Being a newbie isn't much fun because I have nothing to offer anyone, advicewise.
I will say that Day 3 is much more enjoyable for me than fruit day. I can get back to some normal daily living instead of daydreaming about a sandwich all day long!

Hey Poof!
I'm with ya' on the cruise/weight thing! My DH and I are going on a cruise in October and I have to lose about 25-30. Wish you the best of success!!!!

Yaya, I have to give you credit for the custard idea. I could've never thought of combining eggs and mik that way. After reading the recipe you posted, I knew there had to be a lower calorie alternative.
I enjoy cooking, not as much as before I had kids though. When you have to cook for picky kids and clean throw away barely touched food for the umpteenth time, you tend to lose any passion for cooking. I enjoy cooking for myself, my hubby and adult friends and relatives though.
I could never survive on this diet without some sort of sweet treats.
BTW, here's another custard recipe that might be better. The cook says you can sub soymilk for the regular milk, so that removes any doubt. I think soymilk comes very close to evaporated milk. If it makes oatmeal taste better, I'm sure it'll do the same for custard. I'm sure you can use splenda instead of sugar as well.

I'm down 2 lbs today. Seems like this cycle I've been holding steady at 168. I'm down a few inches though. My DH has noticed so that's a good thing.
Annie,
I have some parchment paper. You're right, with cheddar cheese when it's melted, it's really greasy.

Well Annie,
I tried those cheese crisps and they were yummy! That's going to be another stable on this plan for me. I never thought one could be so creative with a low carb diet.

Omayra, That one sounds delicious too. Can we carmelize Spenda? I've never tried, but even if it can't be done the recipe should still be yummy I want to try this one and the one Annie posted with coffee flavor in it. I know what you mean about kids Ihave 4 only one left at home. But rest assured as they older they will come home asking you to make things they had when growing up in your home, mine all have there favorites and never tire of requesting them for thier birthdays holidays etc.
Annie, Thank you for explaining the way to post our weights. And here I thought I would only be down a couple of pounds this cycle but now the number will look a little more impressive As long as I'm moving down not up Iwill stay encouraged, I can't bear to think of gaining anymore
Have any of you had a Boca burger on veggie day? My pinto beans were terrible even DH couldn't eat them I am going to cook them next week plain with a little Tony's for seasoning. I was so hungry by the time I got home from the meeting that I ended up eating two Boca Burgers, I was cooking some for DH. I am stuffed now, and I know I am not supposed to feel that way, but I am learning.
Welcome newbies you have come to the right spot these people on this forum are all so encouraging and have lots of great suggestions!!!

Hi Omayra - Glad you tried the cheese crisps. I bought some parchment paper yesterday but was hesitant to try them again. Now I know it's safe! I used to make low carb 'tostadas' with a round slice of provolone, but I think I used a frying pan. If I find a recipe for that I'll post it - it would be good for veg day with refried beans and salad on top.
Yaya - I've never had a Boca burger but I'm sure someone here has an answer for you. And yes, the weigh-ins are good ego boosters for us all! I think that was Webfairy's idea, and I like it!
Speaking of Webfairy - I think she's flying back home today - so hopefully we'll see her smiling face again soon!
Have a great night everyone!
Big Hug,
Annie

Yaya, I googled caramelizing splenda and unfortunately that can't be done but I read elsewhere that one can use DaVinci Gourmet's sugar free simple syrup (calorie free!) instead. I checked out the DaVinci Gourmet website and they have a sugar free caramel flavored syrup. I'm tempted to get it but maybe in the meantime I should use the Walden Farms Caramel dip I own. I'll let you know what I come up with next cycle.
I'm sure my kids will do the same for me, my daughter (my oldest) is 3 and she already asks for her favorite foods now and then.

Morning all, another day another pound, I hope. Fruit day was not bad, but a friend dropped by and I did have a drink with her. Beer, I know it should have been wine, but I didn't have any.
Ann, good luck to you too with your loss. We have till the fall so we should be able to get rid of some of our weight, if not all. Where are you going on your cruise? It's a great incentive to lose weight. I have started to sew my wardrobe and am making my clothes just a little snug so I have to stick to this.
Annie, maybe we need to start a retired partners thread for help dealing with our other half. It's the " lets going shopping and do lunch" that I have a really hard time with. I love going out for lunch!!! It's very difficult to go to a restaurant and order a sausage.

Good morning!
Yes, I definitely have to stick with this! We are going to the Western Caribbean- it's my husband's and my first cruise so I'm real excited! We are joining 2 of his sister w/their husbands and 2 nephews with their wives so it should be interesting! How 'bout you?

Hi everyone! I am back from vacation. I am at work right now and swamped with work, so I will come back later today after the stress dies down and try to catch up on all the posts. I hope all is well. I haven't had a chance to read even one post so I can't wait to see the losses from last week and post them! Talk to you all soon!

| Ann, our is a Mediterranean cruise, leaving from Rome. It's a 10 day cruise, I am so excited, this is our first one as well. We are going alone and from what I hear it will be a great trip. My daughter works for a travel company and they just sent her on a week long cruise to almost the same places for work. She got home Sunday and said it was the best time of her life.

Hi everyone!
Poof - I like your idea on the retired partners thread! Sure makes life interesting, doesn't it? Just when you get your routine figured out, along comes DH with all these great ideas on how to disrupt the status quo. But ya gotta love 'em, eh? I do find it's easier to go out for breakfast. Lunch and dinner are more difficult - hard to stay away from sandwiches and other carbs. We always go to the same restaurant for Sunday breakfast. There's always steak and eggs, or an omelet - and every other week I ask them to hold the toast and taters. I think they're getting used to me. I envy you and agl on your plans. Would love to go on another cruise!
I'm on my last day of my BC cycle today. Then the next few weeks are going to be all mixed up with car shows both weekends and company coming soon. Guess I'll just start a new cycle again tomorrow or Friday and stick with it as best I can.
Hope everyone has a wonderful day! Webfairy is back! Yay!
Hugs,
Annie
