I appreciate hearing everyones's stories about how their week is going. I am on cycle 2 day 4. (it's late I should be in bed) tomorrow is day 5. My goal is to lose a little less than 35 pounds. I am down 8 from the first cycle and I am wondering how things go medium to long term. As I have read people seem to lose less as time goes on.
Any tips on keeping the metabolism roaring? Or is walking the key to the steadiness? If you veterans wouldn't mind indulging me a bit. (Go on boast, you know you want to :P)
Thanks, Jayelle

I'm not sure how many cycles I've been on, but it's been at least 5. I started at the beginning of November with the goal of losing 25 pounds. I weighed myself this morning and was down 2 more lbs., bringing me to a grand total of 26 lbs. lost. Now that I'm here, I'd like to lose about 5-7 more. Yes, I did lose the most (9 lbs.) during the 1st cycle, but that's kind of expected since a lot of it was probably water. The holidays were in the middle of this and I didn't stick to the plan so much during that time, although I really didn't feel the urge to cheat then as much as I thought I would've, but it did take me a while after the holidays to get back into the "mode." I've been losing steadily ever since. The last two cycles I only lost 2lbs. each time but I attribute that to the fact that I have less to lose now, I haven't been able to walk as much and, to be honest, I've done a lot of substituting and have nibbled some. I'm at the point now where I'm really trying to make this eating style the norm for me, so I need to tweak it a bit to fit my life. I'm also starting to add more weights and toning exercises in addition to the walking. My advice to you is, if you fall off, get right back on, keep walking and the weight will come off.
It seems that we want(ed) to lose about the same amount of weight and I'm here to tell you that it's definitely doable!
Wild applause to Shamrock on a dynamite response! Bravo, well done, and thank you! I have been on this diet (off on vacation and holidays, but otherwise on) since August. Today I am down a new low of 226 which is at least as low as I have been in 10 years. I have experienced the same as you. I am only 2 pounds down from Feb 10th, but I went crazy last time I had free days and I ate out twice in fun and exotic (but not advantageous) ways.
Here is how I look at it. I LOST TWO POUNDS! Before this diet, I would have KILLED to lose a pound a week and not feel sluggish, miserable, or GUILTY! Well, that is what I got these past two weeks. I am down to where I can where a pants size smaller and all my shirts look too baggy around the middle. Fortunately, we guys can get away with that pretty well.
My point is, as Shamrock said, adding a bit here in there is fine as long as you don't hate yourself. For me, it takes an act of Congress to cheat, but when I do, watch out. If I agree to cheat and keep it in check, then I am successful for me.
Each of us has to do what's best for ourselvs. For me, I need to be working out and Shamrock just gave me the nudge I need. So starting Monday on Day 1, I am Dancing to the oldies until I can get outside again in the mornings!

Yes, it is my first cycle this year and it is going brilliantly so far - but that is what happened last time. I lost 9 lbs altogether in the first cycle - which I admit I did not think was a sustainable loss - but I never expected to put 7 lbs back on over the cheat period as I had kept to four small meals with a 3 hour gap between them and no sweets or anything really bad. I am now absolutely paranoid about the cheat period and am thinking of not doing it and just going straight into the next cycle and so on until I have lost the whole 20 lbs. Only thing that stops me is the fear of putting 18 lbs straight back on!
Anyway this site is a great support system and I have taken on board what everyone says about perseverance. Determined to lose it all by summer!

GOOD MORNING!!
I am feeling ok about the diet right now ( I peeked at the scale..doin good) but I am very scared about the weekend! Saturday (tomorrow) is my veggie day..lord help me! I eat most of my junk during the weekend, as we tend to order out a lot..guess I'll have to suffer, but I just keep picturing the long run and how happy i will be if i lose weight..so for once I am hoping that saturday flies by! Also, I'm 23, and all my freinds keep asking me to go out to the bars with them, its so hard to turn them down but I know if I go I'll drink, and I will not stop at one! So there goes my social life for a while.
I still havent been walking but I did try to pick up my activity level. I cleaned the bathroom, did laundry, and scrubbed down the kitchen..so not only does keeping occupied keep my mind of food, it also gave me a clean house and definatly gave me a work out because I was exhausted afterwards! (just a tip if u dont want to go out in the cold!)
Let me know how you all are doing!

Dobie, thanks for the bravo -- congratulations to you as well! Lowest weight in 10 years -- that's awesome! Like they say, slow and steady.....
Cris, I think you need to go out with your friends -- as Dobie said, maybe you won't lose quite as much, but at least you'll have fun while you lose. You need to make this fit your life. If you walk, you may not feel as guilty about having a cocktail (or two, or...), I truly believe that just picking up where you left off the next day is key. Bottom line, you're still doing more than you did before, right? so you're bound to lose!
Keep up the good work everyone!

I love this forum. Everybody is so great and supportive. Please don't beat yourself up because that is how i have failed int he past. I would cheat a little and think, "Well, now that I have blown it I might as well eat the whole cake.":( and that is why I could never lose weight. A diet would only last me 2 days . Now I don't let it bother me too much if I slip. I just start up again the next day. By the way I think they are right about the walking. It doesn't seem to bother me as much when I cheat if I walked that day. Hooray for us and let's keep up the good work!!!!

Hey everyone! My husband & I just started the diet last Tuesday. I have done it all, Body For Life, La Weightloss (didn't sign up, but my mom & sis did & just followed their plans), Weight Watchers, etc.! I think that this is my favorite one so far! I don't have a lot to loose, but it is the same 15 lbs that I have needed to loose since having my first child & that I kept on after my second child! I have always been a very active person, but just not good with food. My goal is to loose these 15 lbs before I even consider having a 3rd child! It is so much easier to do this diet when you have a partner to do it with. I have enjoyed reading everyone's input & advice & encouragement to eachother! It is always reassuring to read that everyone else has their temptations & that if you do cheat every now & then, it's okay! Get back up & get going again!
PS- Any advice on what to do about the Tuna Salad? I don't think I will EVER be able to eat Tuna again! Is it okay to substitute it with chicken instead????:)

Hi Everybody,
How did everyone do over the weekend? It was my first weekend on the diet and I did ok. I ended up not going out with my friends just because I dont think Im ready to face the temptetion yet. I had my first veggie day on saturday and it was rough. I hate veggies so I had a huge fruit salad for breakfast, 2 baked potatoes and corn for lunch, and a salad with croutons and ceaser dressing ( oops, the dressing and the croutons were not the best idea) for dinner. Then yesterday I was starving since I didnt get to eat much on my veggie day and I feel like I went overboard. I had a huge omellete with bacon and a footlong turkey sub from subway. I didnt feel stuffed afterwards but I feel like it was too much just compared to what I had eaten the rest of the week. But I am really taking your advice and support to heart and Im letting go of it and Im back on the wagon this morning. Im going to try to not eat any more bread since the croutons and the sub roll probably was way too much but otherwise Im going to continue the diet like I did last week, and look forward to those cheat days when I wont feel quite as bad about eating things that arent listed on the diet. Ok, just wanted to share and say thanks for making me feel ok about straying a bit, usually I would quit and say oh well I ruined it now, but thanks to you guys Im going strong!
THANKS!

Hi Everybody!
Another new person on board here, located this great site/forum by way of an AOL search for testimonials on FL4I. Sincere thanks to everyone for sharing their experience on this eating plan, it is truly spurring me forward. I've been glued to this site for 2 days now! :D It's been a hard last six months for me (lost my home, car, all my belongings and my business to Hurricane Katrina ) and I am at an all time weight high. Truly, it just feels as if my life has been whirling out of control of late.
I started FL4I 2 days ago, am currently embarking on day 3. I have so far lost 6 pounds in just the first 2 days. I realize this is water weight, but hey, I'll take it just the same! I have high hopes for this plan, it seems a good quick start to easing into a lifetime of better food choices for the long run. It does indeed seem repetitious but I just remind myself how funny it is that I never seemed to find the chips and soda I consumed EVERY single day repetitious. So much of this whole journey indeed lies in the mind I believe.
For me the ease of this plan lies in the normalcy of the food choices. Easy to acquire, easy to prepare, no waste of funds buying foods and then learning I don't like them. It's all very structured but yet very familiar. For me anyway, this plan really is incredibly easy.
I'll post again at the end of 11 days for the total of my loss on round one. I hope to lose 75lbs by way of this plan and then improved eating/exercise habits by year's end.
Best wishes to all!

Hi All and welcome Leslie!
Well, I'm back after my three days off -- I went totally overboard (Mardis Gras party, cookies, chips, etc) and felt horrible last night. I always look forward to getting back to my menu on Monday (I can't believe I even said that, but it's true). True to form, I will not weigh myself until the end of the 11 days. I started my new "stepped up" excercise routine in earnest today. I will continue the walking with the addition of the toning exercises -- hopefully this combination will get me where I want to be.
Good luck everybody!

Urgently need encouragement! Weighed myself this morning (day 9) and have not lost an ounce since day 4 - still only 3 lbs down. Cannot understand it, have not cheated in any way, have not been stuffing myself, have been drinking water. The only thing is I have not been walking as my sprained ankle is still not up to it (maybe next week).
Everything I have cooked has been fat free (I dry fry everything in a non stick pan), I have been using oat bread for the sandwiches, my pasta helping was only 30g.
Why? Why? Why?

| Three pounds down is great -- you should be psyched! You may lose some more by day 11 but, even if you don't, you weigh less than you did a week ago and that's what counts! I do think you'll notice a difference when you start walking, that's an important part of losing by getting your metabolism kicked in. Keep on doing what you're doing -- even if it's slow going, your weight is dropping!

Amazon,
I think something you may want to try is not weighing yourself everyday. I am being hypocritical because I do the same thing..but when it looks like I put the weight back on I get frustrated (as you seem to be) and want to quit. Tonight I am going to ask my boyfriend to hide the scale from me otherwise the fluctuation on the scale will drive me mad! I think maybe you should stop weighing yourself everyday and jsut do it at the end of the 11 day cycle...that way all you ahve to compare is where you started and where you are at..
If you cant stop from stepping on that scale everyday make sure that you weigh yourself firt thing in the morning before drinking or doing anything.(you should use the restroom if you need to though). Apparently your most 'accurate' weight is at that time because there is no food in your stomach adding weight.
Hope it helps a bit, but stick with it, slow and steady loss is better than NO LOSS!
As shamrock said, maybe you will lose more towards the end!
Good luck!!
Cris:)

Thanks for the welcome Shamrock! :)
I just completed Day 4 and have so far lost 8.5 lbs. That's the good news I guess. The bad news is that today I did not feel good at all. I have been plagued with a headache and in fact had to lay down this evening for a couple of hours. I feel weak and shaky. I hope tomorrow is a better day in that respect.
Amazon, big congrats on your loss! It sounds as if you are in fact doing things right to log a loss and your determination and persistence will no doubt pay off in the long run. Hang in there! :)

Maybe you should try mixing your tuna salad with Fat free sour cream instead of mayo. It gives it a much better taste. I found a recipe on cooks.com for it. Since we can mix in veggies I slice up some cucumbers and use it as dippers (like crackers) I usually do about 6 slices.
Hope this helps.

I lost 8 on cycle 1 and cycle 2 ends on Friday, but maybe I can get pointers for Monday when cycle 3 starts. I've challenged mysef to reach a certain point by mid April. I'd LOVE to see 160 by then. That means I have 17 lbs and 6 weeks, so 3 cycles to do it in. I know you're new but you've done something right . Share:P

Thanks guys, you are all quite right and I will stop weighing myself and just get on with it. I am a 58 year old woman and although I have always been up and down to the tune of a few pounds or so (we would say half a stone over here in England) I simply cannot shift it since the menopause no matter what I do. However this time I am absolutely determined, and I will stay on this site until I can tell you all that the whole 20 lbs has gone!
Many thanks for your interest and support.

Jayelle, thanks for the enthusiasm and support. :D Here I am on Day 5 and all I can think of is that I do NOT have to eat chicken today and in fact get a Roast Beef Sandwich! Yeah! Bread! :P
Honestly, I believe I have lost these first pounds fast because I have SO much to lose. My goal is to lose 75 lbs by year's end. I am 5'4 and of a small build. (Size 5 shoe, size 6 ring). 125-130 is actually a really good weight for me and that is my long term goal although there are many I am sure that think even THAT is a bit too heavy for a petite frame. I know what is right for ME though.
I am borderline diabetic and hypertensive at present, a flight of stairs is really burdensome. I have to do this for myself. This has been a tough year, my baby turned 18, Hurricane Katrina took my home and business, my husband moved on. I need a change in my life and if I had to say what my best boost is in this whole weight loss journey it is sheer determination. This is MY time and good health IS the best gift I can give to myself.
Other than that I am following this diet exactly except for one tiny thing. I eat until I am good and full at each meal. I know myself well enough to know that if I allow hunger to creep in I will then struggle. Have a great day everyone! I am SO glad I found this site!:D

Hi people,
I read all the post here and really appreciate the love and support. I just started this diet, doing the vegetarian version. I have been lacto-vegeterian since the last 20 years. I have lots to loose. Just did my first day on WL4I and feel good that i started. Look forward to reading your further reports Is there anyone else who is vegetarian here of followed the vege version and had success?;)

Hi everyone,
Thursday is my last day of the 11 day cycle and I am both excited and nervous. I cant wait to eat something other than chicken or ham! I tried to make my next schedule of meals differnet and it came out ok. I am writing ot ask about the free days. I really really want to be able to 'cheat' since thats what those are for but I dont want to gain all my weight back! I have seen advice to keep up with the water and walking on those 3 days but is it really ok to eat what I want or is that being a little too nice? Because right now there's a couple of things that I want to eat really badly but Im afraid it'll ruin everything!
I hope to hear back on what has worked for you all during your cheat days
Thanks,
Cris

Today is my 11th day of my 1st cycle....12lbs down!!!:D
I dont know why but im not as excited as I thought I would be. I feel like its not real! I dont look like I've lost 12lbs, and no one has commented or anything.. but still I am somewhat excited.
Tomorrow starts my cheat days and like I said Im nervous, theres so much stuff I want to eat that I am afraid Im going to go nuts!
I am going to try really hard not to weigh myself again until the end of my next cycle so I dont get discouraged if I gain weight during those cheat days!
Talk to u all soon,

| Congrats Cris -- that's great!!! Can you believe that you only began this less than two weeks ago and you're down so much?! My recommendation to you for your days off is to enjoy yourself, have what you want, but don't just eat for the sake of eating because you can. Also, don't weigh yourself on Monday because, in all likelihood, you'll gain some back (I think we all do). Wait until you're well into your next cycle and, if possible, wait until the end of the cycle to weigh yourself again and I bet you'll be down a few more pounds! Keep up the good work!

Hello everyone: I am new to FL4I and on day 4 of my first cycle. I am feeling a bit headachy but otherwise OK. This forum has been a very interesting read and a great motivator!
I am a bit confused about one thing. Everyone keeps talking about doing exercise but I cannot find any reference to doing exercise in the diet generator rules. There is a requirement for exercise in the other diet on the site (the Ten Rules part).
Is there anyone out there who has low blood sugar issues, like I do. I am looking for your advice. I have trouble with two carb meals in a row. I need my protein! How have you survived fruit and vegetable day?
Also, I am wondering if anyone knows whether the smoothie is considered to be a carb or a protein/carb mix, due to the milk.
Also, salsa and fat free mayonnaise are included as condiments but is it OK to make a dip out of them for my mixed vegetables? I couldn't bear to eat the raw vegetables plain!
And, finally, does anyone else overeat on the mixed nuts? I ate half of can (about 150 grams) for one meal. According to the can, that's almost 1,000 calories - but I was really hungry!
I am hoping to lose about 25-30 pounds in total and looking forward to your advice.

Wow, Cris! That is really great! From what you said, that is a lot of progress for one session!
Tomorrow starts my cheat days and like I said Im nervous, theres so much stuff I want to eat that I am afraid Im going to go nuts!
Here is what I have learned. you can eat WHATEVER you want. The tricky part is to NOT eat any more ice cream, or beef, or cheese, or whatever you want than you did of your last turkey or chicken or ham meal. It is quantity that is my problem on three days off.
You can either keep in in check and not lose ground, or do like I do. Lose ground, accept it, enjoy it, and come back swinging! That is my pattern so far. However, now that I get what my problme is, I am going to try and take my own advise.
Cheers, Cris!

Welcome. You ask some very challenging questions. We can give opinions, but I don't think there is a right answer.
Is there anyone out there who has low blood sugar issues, like I do. I am looking for your advice. I have trouble with two carb meals in a row. I need my protein! How have you survived fruit and vegetable day?
My wife has issues at times, but neither of us have had problems on this diet. In fact, she has had fewer insulin issues on this similar to a low carb diet benefit.
Also, I am wondering if anyone knows whether the smoothie is considered to be a carb or a protein/carb mix, due to the milk.
I believe it is mostly carb, but why does it matter?
Also, salsa and fat free mayonnaise are included as condiments but is it OK to make a dip out of them for my mixed vegetables? I couldn't bear to eat the raw vegetables plain!
You can, but realize the calories you add and keep it reasonable in quantity.
And, finally, does anyone else overeat on the mixed nuts? I ate half of can (about 150 grams) for one meal. According to the can, that's almost 1,000 calories - but I was really hungry!
I have gone nuts too. Don't know if I ate half the can, but if you ate until you were not hungry and did not stuff, don't worry about it.
I am hoping to lose about 25-30 pounds in total and looking forward to your advice.
I wish you all the best!

Hellooo!
Thanks for the congrats everyone! I am so excited I finally had the nerve to put on my 'skinny jeans' and they fit!! Its still not a perfect fit but I got it on alright! It gives me so much motivation to keep going strong. I told my mom about this diet and she is thinking about starting too, which would be great becasue she would do so well on this!
I read all the advice about the cheat days and I decided a few were good, or at least reasonable. Im going to eat whatever I want excpet Im going to stop when Im satisfied, whereas before I used to eat a whole large pizza just to finish it! So I guess a slice or two should do it now! Also, Im going to keep up with the water, and try to pick up my activity level to balance out the eating. I am acctually drinking at least a gallon of water a day, I read somewhere that the colder the water the better becasue your body needs to warm up the water before it uses it, so consuming ice cold water burns more calories because your body has to do more work...its been working for me!
I'll try really hard not to weigh myself after my cheat days but knowing me..
Have a great weekend everyone!

| Thanks so much for your thoughful replies to my questions. I was asking about the smoothie so I could make a substitution and want to be sure to exchange equivalent foods - if it is a combined carb/protein then I suppose I should substitute with the same. For example, I consider the plain chicken a pure carb meal, as is the oatmeal. but the tuna salad combined protein and carbs (the vegetables) so I call that a combined protein/carb meal. Does this make sense?

Hello again...
My last post was early November (I think). I'm 'back on track' here after several months of turmoil. I had lost just over 20 pounds on FL4I and am ashamed to confess that I have put close to 15 of it back on....BUT! That is because I was very, very, very, bad! I had a back injury that slowed me down, but had I not gone nuts with sweets it probably wouldn't have done that much damage. But the bottom line is - I just over did it! I'm ultra picky about chocolates. It has to be the good stuff. Besides entertaining (a lot) over the holidays, I received several packages of goodies from relatives and friends in Italy and Germany. What do these 2 countries have in common? They both produce some of the most delectable chocolates on Earth! So I caved...big time!!

So! On Monday, 2/20, I started up again. I have dropped 8 pounds and am on the first of my 3 cheat days.> I have been walking religiously during the work week with light exercise on the weekend. After reading back over many posts I noticed so many people saying they gained back weight on the 3 days off and then spent the next week losing the pounds they put back on. I'm going to try to keep that in mind... we'll see.. One thing I'm doing differently this time is weighing in every morning, maybe this will keep me focused.

HeavyLoad - FL4I is not a low carb diet - but a mixture of carbs and proteins. The types of foods you eat will be switched back and forth between proteins and carbs (or a combination of both) which tricks your metabolism into kicking in. The plus side (in my opinion) is you get to eat fruit and mix nuts!
on*a*mission - Welcome and good luck.

| Thanks for the shout out lucebianca. I really look forward to finally getting the weight off this time. I am staying very positive. You do not know how many times i have reached this point and it did not work out. However, i am very optimistic. Reading all the positives from this site, i know this will be the time that i finally defeat the FAT :P.

on*a*mission - When you have a little time...read through some of this forum. There are some great ideas from others going through the same struggles. The moderators have some great pointers, too. It's been a little discouraging for me because I have a lot more to lose than 90% of the other members. I'm off to a good start and know I can do it if I put my mind to it.
Where do you live in Hawaii? I have friends on Oahu...and my mom used to live in Hawaii Kai. Have loads of cousins on Maui....

Thanks for the congrats everyone! I am so excited I finally had the nerve to put on my 'skinny jeans' and they fit!!
Congrats Chris on the skinny jean fit
Its my 4th day and i noticed i really eat smaller meals than when i did b4 dieting. Am i being turned of food or is my body just being satisfied quicker with the nutrition the recomended meals provide?

Been a long time, but I've been lurking on this board.... So I went ahead and coughed up the 27 dollars. I figure, hey, I pay that much for a dinner out or a few drinks on the weekend. I might as well. Besides, I've been packing on the pounds since the beginning of the year. I don't know about winter, but I constantly crave comfort foods, which for me means carbs CARBS CARBS... and fat. SIGH.
So the stats--I would love to lose 15 pounds of fat and gain in muscle. I know I will need to work out and I definitely need more protein in my diet, but this plan will help me with that. This is the year I want these last 15 pounds GONE.
The diet starts Monday morning for me--3/6. Wish me luck! This forum is great--and I think it will help keep me accountable.

Good morning all!!
On*A*Mission- Sure I dont mind asnwering questions, I got so much help from this board that I'd love to help too! I started at 195 and on my last day of the cycle was at 183. I acctually weighed myself the next morning (day 1 of cheat day) and was at 180.
Anyway, I just finished my first cheat days and I am sooo glad to be back on the diet. I have no self control whatsoever. I ate until I was absolutely stuffed and sometimes to the point where i felt sick! I couldnt help it! I love food and knowing I could eat it made me go waaay overboard. This morning I weighed in at 184..so I gained somewhere from 1-3 lbs ( i dont know if i should go off the 180 or 183..)
It motivated me to come back swinging on this next cycle, and Im going to try to get my walking in since I didnt do much of that last time. Another thing that I swear also helps me is that I drink a gallon (128 oz) of water a day. It keeps me feeling full, I feel healthier, and it helps burn the fat supposedly...I suggest some of you try it.
I looked over the diet plan again and found some things I could improve to get even better results this time around, so Im ready to get back on the wagon! And I know now that next time I have cheat days I can eat whatever I want but I need to be able to control myself and eat reasonable portions and not stuff myself!
Good luck to all the new members and I wish you all much success!
Cris:)

Oh one more thing I forgot to answer for you On*A*Mission- I am trying to get to 150lbs. That has been my ideal weight forever and I have never ever reached it. I used to weigh 273 and went on Slim fast, got down to about 200lbs (this was about 5 years ago). After that I couldnt lose anymore weight and went to college where I acctually lost another few lbs but I stayed in the 185-200lbs range for the last 5 years. I am 5'5''. I would absolutely loooove to be 150. So wish me luck!
Lucebianca- I have been reading your posting since you first statred and you were such a motivator. I am glad you are back and I have no doubt you will be as succesful as you were before!
PS- for those of you who read my first posting about my boyfriend being 'doubtful' about yet another diet I was trying, well now he cant stop staring at me and he told all his friends Im putting the 'flame' back into the relationship:D..haha oh men! I nicely reminded him of how "supportive" he was when I started this diet and he said well it seems to be working and hes now backing me up on this diet 100%!! yay!
Alright, Im done sharing now! :P

Hey Everyone! I usually don't do this. I mean, this is my first time joing a discussion forum. Kinda nervous. Plus I have not told any of my friends and family abou being on this diet. I don't think they will understand and I just don't want to be discouraged. I also don't want to tell people I am on a diet and then not lose weight you, know.
Well, today is day 6 for me. I started on March 1 and weighed 173. I have not weighed my self since, although every day I want to. However, I decided not to weigh myself until the last day.
I have a few questions:
I read some one's comments about not eating cheese. I thought we could eat cheese sometimes like with eggs. I really hope I did not kill my diet with the cheese
Also have any of you ever used diet pills while on this diet? Recommend or not? If so, which one?
I really laughed while reading somo your comments like when someone said they gained all their weight back during cheat days. I am so afraid that will happen to me. What are some foods we should eat on the cheat days. I am a total Chocaholic. I'm proud of myself for going almost 6 WHOLE days without cholcate!

Congratulations Chris! ;)
I think we fill up faster and stay that way longer because of the high protein. I am glad you are doing so well.

Welcome Loser gal,
The exercise is important. I know this is weird since this diet is high protein, but I have found exercising is easier than when I was eating a bunch of carbs. Good luck.

I think that's really awesome. 16 lbs is a lot of weight to lose. I am at 173 and I would love to be at 130. I just started 6 days ago don't know how much I lost (and I WONT weigh in untill day 11) I am just really nervous about cheat days. What did you eat during cheat days? I don't want to gain back all my weight. COngradulations and keep it up
