1st of all,I didn't post this in the teen section since some of the topics weren't answered since april.
I'm 5'5ft tall male and weigh around 78kg.
The biggest problem I have right now is that I have with my weight is that I have flabby chest or "moobs"(they're not extremely big but annoying to my image)
I didn't have this problem until I reached 11-12 years old
I've tried going to the gym for 1 month(but had to stop since I was going to another country)and I only lost 4 kg and my "moobs" only lost less than 15% fat(estimated)
2 Months later(which is now)I do jumping jacks, jogging on the spot, rope skipping, afew pushups and situps, all of these excercises for at least an hour.
For my diet,I've also been drinking juices with L-carnitine and eating 3 small meals. So far,my chest doesn't seem to be smaller.I don't think I'm suffering from gynecosmatia because I was very slim before I reached puberty.(gynecosmatia is untreatable without surgery right?)
How do I lose my "moobs" fast and naturally within a month if possible? If not, what kind of excercise will help?

Hate to tell you this.. but it won't go away in one month. Think about it, it took years to grow the "moobs" and no magic exercise is going to make them disappear over night.
Start by seeing how many calories you are eating in a day and what percentage of that is fat. I log all my calories on FITDAY.com..
Now, there is good fat and bad fats. I would imagine "moobs" are a collection of fatty tissue. Exercise will help convert it to muscle, but you will also have to loose the fat as well.
Big changes in your body take a while. Some times a very long while, years even.
I don't know much about upper body workouts, cause I am a woman.. perhaps weights? But I do know it takes time and commitment, and setting realistic goals.

| I have to agree with the other poster. I don't think my stomach will ever look the same as it did before I was overweight. I think if I did more exercise it would help, but it still will never be the same. I would think if you don't have cellulite or stretch marks then there is hope for you with doing exercises and dieting.

You might not be consuming enough calories which puts your body into a starvation mode and holds onto the calories you do eat. Cardio exercise burns fat so walking. running, swimming, have fun while you exercise. Weights will help you tone and build muscle mass which helps with burning calories also.
I have found a plan on this website - Fat Loss 4 Idiots and it is great. I havent lost alot of pounds but I have lost alot on inches. I follow the plan and walk atleast 4 times a week. Check it out under the forum tab under FL4I - go look around and ask questions - see if its something you might be interested in trying.

Everyone is right that overall fat loss is the only thing that will help, and that it may take a little longer than you hope. But you'll get there.
You may also want to do a few sculpting exercises that target your chest (and arms too, these are large muscle groups that help with fat loss.) Try some flys - using a light weight (if you don't have weights swipe a couple of cans from the cupboard - they work just as well), lie on your back and, keeping your elbows soft, stretch out your arms so they are perpiduclar to your chest then lift until the weights touch over your chest. Release, controlling the movement on the way down. Do 3 set of 10 reps every other day to start.

One major thing people arn't counting on is that your young! Your only 5'5'' and 15, and puburty is playing it's role. Weight is playing it's role too, but if you exercises eat healthy, by the time your about 16.5 - 17 years old you'll drop a few pounds, you will get a couple to maybe a few more inches taller (depending on genetics) and you'll be a small machine!
