I think I've hit a platau because I am eating to few calories (see my recent post "Frustrated". How can I add back calories now without gaining weight now that my motabolism is slower because I've been eating too few calories.
I feel like I could just cry. It is so unfair that I try to go on a diet and live healthier just to find out that I've been harming myself by not eating enough. I wish I could just get a dang break!! I have learned a lot on this web site though, so I am grateful for that.

| Just increase them slowly and you should be fine. Eat about 100 extra calories a day for a week and then the following week add another 100 until you get where you want to be.

Thanks much! I did increase a bit yesterday, I gained .5 lb. Maybe just water weight. Owe well, I felt better and I am not going to stress over it. This is the part of the diet I usually give up and go back to eating !! I refuse to do that this time, I am going to keep going, 30 lbs so far, so I can't complain. I would hate to gain all that back.
