currently at 121.5 5'6"..i walk at around 4mph 8 to 10 hours a week(brisk walking)and eat about 13 to 1600 cals/day.i dont want to lose more than 5 to 7 more lbs more from here , but i am concerned at what to do once i get there...i got to 125 and 4 weeks later lost 3.5 lbs..so i know if i keep this regimen when i get to my goal i might keep losing, so when i do..do i cut back on the walking?or do i maintain 8 to 10 hours /wk and instead increase my calorie intake??i am curious on what people think will help me maintain the weight better, i dont want to cut back on the wrong thing and then gain some lbs back.any and all input is appreciated thank you!!

First of all, at some point you might keep doing the same thing but just stop losing anyhow. However at that point you will probably find that you are able to maintain your weight even with increased calories (so long as you keep up the activity - can you fit it into your lifestyle long term?)
The national weight loss register found that keeping up exercise was common to all the people who were able to maintain their weight loss, just one idea to keep in mind
