Hi. my name is Dave and im from the U.K and im 16 years old and i weigh (give or take) 16 stones or around 224 pounds im currently still at school and i leave in roughly 2 months and i want to lose weight and tone my muscles asap but i am stuck on what to do i joined a boxing club not long ago and after a few weeks i quit, im not very motivated at all and i'd prefer to play my xbox all day than go out on a bike ride or out with friends ect so what i was thinking of doing was sellin my xbox and everything that would put me off goin out and limit myself to only a few hours on the internet per day like 30 mins in the morning and 90 mins in the afternoon and 2 hours at night at total of 4 hours per day or 28 hours per week also i never watch T.v unless some comedy is on which is very rarely with no cable tv :( also i very rarely ever eat fast-food [i havnt been mcdonalds in over a month] but i allways drink pepsi and coke and allways eat chocolate which i want to cut down to an absolout minimum! so what can i do to loose weight and tone my muscles ?
