i have been exercising for the 4 past few months and i dont seem to have lose much weight..

used to weight 120kg 4 months ago

nows it 118kg

My exercise :
riding on stationary bike at roughly 30km/h
Doing a distance of at least 30km..sometimes more depending on mood
Exercise Mon-Fri

Cut down on my calorie intake to abt 2000 calories
eg:
breadfast
1 piece of white bread
2 eggs
1 apple

lunch
boiled/baked chicken breast without skin
1 white bread
1 potato
some veges

dinner
pasta

Only drank plain water..dont like soft drinks

Here's the problem
i usually notice my weight to be abt 116kg on friday..but during
the weekends when i dun exercise..i still maintain the 2k calories diet

But when mondays come..my weight come back to 118kg again

What my problem?

I can feel my shirt and pants getting looser though but my weight doesnt to go down

gender, height, age? (so I can work out your unadjusted RMR)

If you are obese then you might want to take your calories further down - down to 75% of your unadjusted RMR

One possibility is that you are losing fat and at the same time gaining muscle (which is more compact) and so things are working but you don't see it on the scale. If you periodically measure your body fat % you can monitor whether your LBM (lean body mass) is increasing

So as above, unadjusted RMR = 2179; minimum calories to try out = 1635
