Hello,

    I am 14 years old i am 6'0 and i weigh 185 lbs. I started dieting about 3 weeks ago. I started out at 195,so that means i have lost 10 pounds. I just started wieght training this week,i was just riding my bike vigorously before. I havent seen any physical change in my body, and i dont know where im supposed to start seeing it.
I've also been stuck at 185 for the past week and im starting to get worried.

Hi! You need to take waist, hip, leg, and arm measurments.  Usually you can start to tell by the way your clothes fit.  That pair of jeans that were a little snug will suddenly be a little loose! :grin:  So far so good.  Keep it up!
