Hello,
I am 14 years old i am 6'0 and i weigh 185 lbs. I started dieting about 3 weeks ago. I started out at 195,so that means i have lost 10 pounds. I just started wieght training this week,i was just riding my bike vigorously before. I havent seen any physical change in my body, and i dont know where im supposed to start seeing it.
I've also been stuck at 185 for the past week and im starting to get worried.
