I just bought a pair of cheap EKS weighing scales for £2.99 (about $6) and I followed the instructions, zero-ed them up and stuff... and theyre telling me I weigh 10st!! Last time I checked about 3 weeks ago at my parents house on their high quality scales I was 7st11 (my usual weight). I'm sure I've put on a few pounds lately but I wasn't expecting to get a shock like this!

Do you think it's just #%@&! scales? My clothes fit just the same and I find it very difficult to believe I've put 25lbs on in a month :S!

get weighed somewhere else (gym, pharmacy etc.) to confirm scales are wrong, or have someone else weigh themselves on your scales. Then take them back to the shop for exchange/refund?
