Hello,
I have been on Nutrisystem since the end of February and I've only lost 4 lbs. I have done Nutrisystem before and it worked well. I lost 15 lbs, and had 10 more to lose, but couldn't afford it at that time.
I am 41, 5' 5.5" and weigh 140 lbs. I haven't exercised much since I started the diet due to the weather (and I think I'd have to kill myself if I had to get on our trainer in the basement one more time) but when it gets nice out, I will probably be biking 3-4 times per week.
My question is: I'm not sure how many calories I'm supposed to eat per day. I have tried figuring it out here and on other sites, but I keep getting different numbers. I usually consume approximately 1100 per day. Is this too many, or too little?
I understand that the lack of exercise could be hampering my weight loss a little, and sometimes you don't eat enough (although if that's the case, I would think there wouldn't be any people out there with anorexia), so I guess I'm just trying to figure out my next move...
Any help/thoughts is greatly appreciated!

| With your unadjusted RMR at 1309, you're doing yourself no favours by eating less than that. This becomes even more of an issue when you exercise. For more see What It Takes to Lose It All
