| I'm 18 years old 6' 4" tall and was 200 pounds when i started, im not overweight i fall right in the average bmi but im trying to lose the belly fat that i have. i can pinch about 2 inches on my gut but i dont really have fat on any other part of my body. ive been working out for about 3 weeks which includes lifting weights for about 20 minutes then running for 30 minutes. i also have cut my calories significantly. im trying to lose my fat then gain muscle to have a good toned body for summer, im in the fat loss portion right now. since the start ive lost 9 pounds (down to 191) but none of it is off of my stomach. my legs were lean in the first place and i dont know where else this weight could be coming off of.. i actually havent really seen any fat loss from any part of my body and it seems like with 9 pounds i would be able to notice something. anybody know whats going on and have tips??

| For men, abdominal fat is usually the last to go (see Spot Reducing), and six-pack abs are only visible when you get to single-digit body fat percentages (see Calculating Body Composition).

I have the same problem. I'm 6'3" and about 185lbs, losing ten lbs in the past month, and still have that extra flab around my stomach that is still there. I am patient and know with proper nutrition, that will go away. Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym.
