I know I don't get enough protien could this be why I stopped loosing weight?
I also know I was not eating enough period keeping my calories between 800 and 1000 and burning 2600 a day. I lost 29 lbs but have 21 to go. I started to eat more and gained 2 lbs back. I now eat around 1400 cal a day but need help on what to eat. And how long should I stay at this cal if I gain weight back. I count very good. I am 38, weigh 153lbs at 5'4". Any info would be great. (female I forgot that part)

By eating so little you have slowed down your meabolism quite a bit...you also Probably lost quite a bit of muscle.
I would Keep with the 1400 calories and Do More Resistance Training you need to get your metabolism going again. You May gain some of the Fat BAck..but if you do the resistance training you will gain mainly Muscle.
you may have to do this for a while to get your metabolism going again.
I would keep this up and Slowly work your way up to 1800 Calories a day. Once you have been there for awhile you can then start to lower again. 1400-1500 would be the Best to stick with to lose weight.
You may find after awhile at 1400 you will start to lose weight again...If so that is great...just stay there and enjoy the weight loss....If not the the slow increase to 1800 will probably be needed. The Most important thing is to build back the muscle you have lost.
