I'm a 17-year-old girl. I was 182 before but now I'm 118. Seems like I haven't got problems but I do, a huge one.
I lost my weight by using an unproper means. I ate 1000 calories a day and tried to burnt 500 calories a day by exercises. The point is when I succeed, I couldn't eat as much as I use to, actually, I can't eat what a common girl can. Because my weight will suddenly increase T^T. I know it's my fault but plzz I need help. What should I do ><....

Use the calculators on this site to work out what calories you should be eating to maintain (that's what you want, I guess?).
If you can't get enough calories from eating, because you've lost the habit, use protein supplements (but as supplements, not meals) and increase your solids intake a little at a time, so you're always comfortable. Back off on the protein drinks to allow for the increase in solid food as you go.
Most of all, read the information on this site and educate yourself about food and nutrition - that way you won't find yourself back where you started..
Good luck.

You don't mention exercise - but if you burn off a few hundred calories a day with activity, it will put a brake on any sudden fat gain as you increase your food.
