I'm in my 20's and I'm dangerously overweight. I've been struggling with my weight my whole life! No, I don't have "fat genes"- my family is very healthy. My problem is: I over eat!
I know why I'm here, and as odd as this sounds I know what I need to do to get out... but it's so difficult.
I've accumulated enough information on healthy foods/diets that I feel qualified to be a nutritionist and fitness trainer (lol!). It's simply a matter of stop being lazy, and actually DO what I already know I should be doing... can anybody relate to me?
I'm at a point where I'm just so sick of being fed the same information. I am seeking something fresh and different to help me slim down. I know it's as simple as: eat less, move more... but for somebody who enjoys food and relaxing whenever possible it sure is difficult!
Just the thought of knowing I have to cut back on my favorite (unhealthy) foods make me cringe and reach for the nearest comfort food. The thought of having to exercise make me so unhappy... *sigh.. i feel stuck.

I know how you feel. I've been on this roller coaster for the past 4 years.
I think you have to want it badly enough. You have to look in the mirror and see that you don't want to look like this for the rest of your life. When that moment comes...and no diet plan can make it come...then you'll commit. You'll find a program and give it your all. And if that one doesn't work you won't be derailed you'll move to the next one until you find one that works for your body and then no one will be able to stop you. Don't give up. Just keep trying something...and that "moment" will come to you. You'll ask yourself which do I want more: this cake which will satisfy me for a few minutes OR to lose another pound? When you chose to lose a pound over eating the cake then you'll know that you are there.
I decided that I wouldn't read anymore diet books and articles looking for the newest trend. Just take what you know from what you've read already and experienced and get going. If it's counting calories that you think you need there are a lot of great websites that let you track your calories. fit day and live strong are two that I have used. Just start there and see how many calories you really are eating and then make small cuts. Or try cutting out anything with sugars, flour, and hydrogenated oil (that will be about 99% of the processed foods). If you are addicted to bread and sugar (trust me I know about this one and it ain't pretty when you eat a whole package of cookies in 30 minutes) look into a low-carb plan..they aren't nearly as unhealthy as people think, you just have to understand the science and make quality food choices. Or look for a plan that is sort of in between low-carb and low cal like Schwarzbein or SouthBeach. Pick a plan or method that works for YOU (we are all different) and then follow it...for the rest of your life.

You can enjoy eating foods and lose weight together. I do not know your eating habit,
so i could not give your precise suggestion. But eating less at dinner is the most effect
way for weight loss. Eat as much as you want at lunch, but stop eating at dinner
when you feeling 70 -80 % full. If you are hungry before sleeping, drink a cup of reduced fat milk.
Why does this will work?
Because people's metabolism is lower during night time, the human body does not need a lot calories at night.
If overeating food at dinner, the most food will be transformed to the fat. Eating less at dinner means no fat storage. You lose weight. Hope this will help you.
Otherwise you may take Ei Ta Mei Sliming Fast natural herbal formula to suppress your appetite to control weight.
