I'm 19 years young female, about 5'1, and weigh about 125.  I eat about 1100 calories, constantly moving throughout my day.

Meal sample:
Breakfast - 2 eggs with spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, and peppers cut up Or kellogs cereal with almond milk with 1 fruit

Snack - peanuts, yogurt, or veggies and dip

Lunch - Salad (spinach, dark leafs, tomato, cheese, bacon bits) and ranch salad spritzer

Snack - fruit, sugar free gellatin, pb & crackers, or veggies & dip

Dinner - some type of protein with salad (example - tonight I'm having salmon with a salad

Snack - sugar free popcicle or sugar free chocolate pudding

I drink at least 10 cups of water a day.

I work in retail so I make at least two laps around the store every 30 mins, and once a week I go with my fiancee to run with the puppies.

I haven't budged in over a month and my goal is to be below 25% fat (right now it's 30%)

Your BMI is in the healthy range which means that your calorie intake should not go below your unadjusted RMR (which calculates as 1,279) - yet you say that it does. That is your most likely problem. You're not too far from it though. How long have you been eating at this level? (the longer this has been the case, the more of a problem it might be - often a low calorie level works for a while but then stops working). If we say you're "lightly active" then you're supposed to be maintaining your weight on 1,759 calories - so eating 1,100 and essentially still maintaining indicates something's wrong - most likely that you're not eating enough

What It Takes to Lose It All

(other possible explanations would be that your calorie counting efforts are wildly inaccurate on some account and you're eating much more than your calculations show)

I use an app called lose it to keep up with calorie counts and enter the nutrition value manually. I eat till I'm full, which with a lot of greens and fruit I don't each alot of calories. So should I still try to up my intake in calories? I'm also going to make an outlined routine and that should help out too. I don't really know how how far or anything that as fr as logging exercise. So maybe I'm not burning more than I'm eating?

What would you suggest?

It does not matter whether you log your exercise or not, because even if you were sedentary you would still need to be eating (a little bit) more than 1,279 if you are hoping to be losing fat.

Congratulations on eating healthy foods, that is definitely a good move. You can make up you extra calories with other healthy foods like raw seeds, dried fruits, avocados etc.

Okay so just up to 1300. And then up to 1400. I'm assuming my body is freaking out from lack of calories and saving all of them.

I would also look into what kind of calories you are putting in.  For example add some protein to your salad at lunch.  Your body needs to work harder to break down 200 calories of protein vs 200 calories of vegetables causing your metabolism to speed up.

Also add some protein to your late night snack.  Keep in low carb though.  It's a myth you can't eat before bed.  You can, it just has to be the right type of food.  Fat free cottage cheese, some almonds or a protein shake are great options.  If you aren't taking in some quality calories from dinner to breakfast your body will go into "survival mode" and it will store fat because you are doing a mini fast.

Also if you are serious about taking your fat loss to the next level you need to start working out.  Being only 19 and only 125 pounds moving around in a retail store isn't doing anything for you.  A basic weight lifting program mixed with cardio will give you drastic improvements.  Lifting weights is the best thing for burning fat (except an awesome diet!) even for girls.  I lost 90 pounds just by eating right and weight lifting when i was 26 (I'm a 31 year old male now).
