Im not bulimic but a while a ago,I use to binge and throw up food coz I was angery or stressed.... then I would go on a diet like 500cal a day,and then have a coke for dinner.... I gained some weight after just eating what I like.

I use to be thinner,a few stone thinner..(underweight) and had HIPBONES, and my shoulders were visible..

But now I have meat on my bones and I feel fat and horrible and motivated to loose it,but at night time i cant sleep coz if I do loose weight my bones come back and I hate the feel of em?

                                WHAT SHOULD I DO??

Im thinking of toning up areas like my legs so they will have NO curves without becoming anorexic looking  will that work out? :yum:

Hi. If not an eating disorder (and remember, we can't all be fit into the same standard boxes and labels) then at least 'disordered eating'. so always watch out for unusual behaviour or a recurrance of old ones.

Secondly I would advise you not to trust how you feel about looks, go with numbers, they are more objective. For example you could say "I want to be normal so I won't let my BMI fall below 21 (or 20)" don't start flirting with thoughts like "techincally 18.5 is still normal and not underweight" clearly that is a slippery slope and you will see bones at those numbers anyhow.

Part of whether you're healthy or not is how you achieve your results, be active but try to avoid drastic measures.

Yes, exercise and activity have both physical health benefits and in my opinion contribute to a healthier look too.
