I share your struggle although I haven't been recovered as long (since February) after, I kinda turned opposite I might say and used food to fill a void and put on some weight. this time I want to lose it healthily.
but I still struggle though my anorexic thoughts...the constant voice that I'm fat, studying my body for hours in the mirror, weighing myself every time I'm near a scale, the awful feeling after I eat, even if it's a rice cake. I try to fight the voice constantly saying no, it's healthy. I have to fight the urge to restrict and weigh myself all day. I even became a vegan so I could eat less and not have to explain why.
but now I'm trying to love my natural lifestyle. and enjoy food again (I still fear it) I still go through feeling fat but I'm stronger now and I'm doing my best to not let it effect my eating habits.
