I wasn't aware that excess sugar was a problem with pizzas, but then I don't live in the USA so I wouldn' t know . Looking at the nutrition facts label the most remarkable thing is that it is 248 calories for the 6.4 ounce serving, making it just 137 calories per 100g, now that is pretty remarkable.

I always felt that you can make your own for less calories, more healthy, and of course more filling then if you bought some sort of diet food.
But, I also feel that these types of things come in handy when not wanting to put allot into cooking. Cause lets face it, dieting means preparing meals and planning. Sometimes it just easier to through something in the oven.
I have been seeing allot more diet and all natural pizzas on the market lately. Which is nice. I would love to see some of the generic brands come out with some diet stuff. I swear all diet stuff cost more then the regular stuff and you are usually getting less. It's nuts...

| If you want a really healthy pizza that tastes like doggy doo, make your own from scratch using 100% whole wheat.
