I've been taking nearly complete stock of all of my dieting and excercise and I've calculated around 11 pounds I should have lost.. However, it seems I've only lost about 3 pounds.. I have a smallish yet large enough to be considered overweight beer gut going on. I look like I'm not that muscular, but I look large and quasi husky. I don't know why I am 202 pounds and was 205 pounds and look that way. Could I be more muscular than I think? I've posted before that I've gone through about 300 or so pounds of eating and around 420 pounds of weight loss, staying around 180 to 200 pounds the whole time. I've done alot of eating and alot of excercise all at once. My resting metabolic rate for that period of time should compensate for some of the eating, but it's mostly been excercise that really saved me from being obese. I estimate around 2000 for resting metabolic rate on a highly exercised (but tired!) routine. I'm not sure why I haven't lost any weight, by my calculations I should be nearly inverted by now. Has anybody had this problem looking and feeling overweight while perhaps not even being as such? I'm thinking this could be an anti psychotic problem with bone density because of my anti psychotic Risperdal (or Risperdol I'm not sure the spelling). I'm currently switching medications, maybe somebody else has had experience with this?
