| Welcome to the forum. It sounds like reading the tutorial would be a very good start for you (and in particular What It Takes to Lose a Pound) - why don't you read it and then come back and demonstrate your comprehension by tell us what kind of overall and indeed daily calorie deficit you'd need to lose 10lb in 14 days.

If you consider dropping water weight as 'losing' then yes, itd be pretty easy. But if you want to get rid of 10 pounds of fat in 2 weeks, it would be very hard, but possible.

Not to mention unhealthy and a very good chance that those pounds will come back, because it was such rapid weight loss.
Best advice is that SLOW weight loss = good for the long run.

i definetively agree with you, thats no good to loss weight fast, but i just want my body back, i used to weight around 95, but after a year and and half, my weight encountered a huge elevation. the unknown discomfort is bothering me. indee, i want to change the digits on my scale, those back on pounds is really makes me so disgust.

10lbs in 2 weeks isn't fast.
It's normal actually.
20lbs in 2 weeks... that's not only fast, but un-healthy. lol

Never mind I miscalculated. You are right. It is too fast.
That's like over a pound a day, my bad.
