| On the one hand you may have been too heavy for too long so a low number scares you (a matter of perception). On the other hand it always comes back to body fat % (is yours approaching a value you like?). Any weight (even one that registers as "overweight") is actually healthy if your body fat % is at the right (lean) end. For example, right now I've just reached 9-10% body fat (well as reported by a machine, I think the calipers might not agree just yet) and my BMI is 20.0. Yet my ultimate goal isn't to stick around here, but to build some muscle (while staying lean). Muscle will give me more calories to eat, and a better shape to my body. Yet at the Nurse's office (I've been there last week) they don't talk about body fat % - only about BMI (I guess they're behind the times). Anything in the 20-25 range is good, but they'd rather have you "right in the middle" of that range. If I follow my objectives, my BMI will increase (which seems bad - but it won't be, because I'll be striving to keep my body fat % low, so my increased BMI will only be a reflection on muscle gained).

Ok guys
I got Till end of June to loose I am guessing 25-20 more pounds. Loose my Tummy. Is there anything else I can do to help this process. I look like I have a beer belly. While I never drink. I dont know what else to try. I am about to cry, Ive got two months left. Can I take some crab blockers, or other weight lose pills.
Thanks
