Hi there, my name is Bryan, and I'll share my measurements. Embarrassing, maybe, but the more I publicize my info, the more compelled I'll be to change for the better.
Age: 25 Height: 5' 11" Gender: Dude
S.W.: 415 lbs.
C.W.:397-403 lbs. ( having some scale issues, I'll update when I can determine a solid reading.)
G.W.: 170 lbs.
Chest: 56"
Waist : 63 "
Hips : 60"
Thighs : L:37" R: 36"
Arms: R:18", 20" flexed , L:19"
Yeah, these measurements are wild right now, but they're actually down about 3-4 inches overall. Save for the arms, those got bigger, actually. Right now I'm wearing 60" pants. I'll probably be wearing those for a good while, since I got some spare notches on my belts, lawl.

Hi Wednesday! My name is Cindy, I am 39yrs old and I weigh 124lbs (average). I am 5'4". I don't know my measurements- have never done that.
You might be interested in some of the calculators on here to see where you want to be and even can find out how many calories you need to intake. Very useful information.
Also, wanted to share that my starting weight was 174lbs. So, If I can do it so can you. Stick with your goals and don't give up if you have a set back. It took me three years to lose all my weight. Yeah, lost allot the first year, then I yoyo for awhile. So, anything is possible.
Good Luck to you!

Hi, I noticed that your having trouble determining a current weight. I thought you might be interested in a web-site I use to help me with that. I enter in my weight every time I weigh and it give me an average. It's physics diet - fitness log.
I hope I don't get into trouble posting that. Just thought it might help you out. I find it useful.

Thanks for the advice cportwine. Unfortunately, my issue doesn't quite lie with being unable to get a accurate reading over a period of time. It's a digital scale, and after weighing my self 10 times in 15 minutes, I ended up with a reading as high as 405, and then as low as 388, with many readings in between. It has something to do with my posture and how much weight I place on my heels; I noticed as I leaned forward to read the display, the weight went higher, and yet, as I leaned back, it'd drop right down.
I think the only thing to do is cull an average from that, at least until I figure how this thing works ( beyond standing on it? heh). Might end up with a new scale in the process, but I hope not, since this one's still kinda new.
Incidentally, I did see that site your mentioning. It looks neat, and I may adopt that in the future, but while I'm seeing definite losses constantly, I'll stick to once-or-twice-a-week readings to measure my progress.
