The last couple of weeks my weight has been going up and down like crazy. I know this is normal, but it is really getting the best of me.
Yesterday, was at 127lbs, and a few days before that I was 129lbs. Then this morning it was 125lbs.
Geeezzzzzz, I was so depressed with seeing the higher numbers that I wasn't doing that well on controlling my eating. Then today I see my low #, and it's got me going again.
The scale is so frustrating
Does anyone experience this?
Would love to hear about everyone else frustrations with their scale readings.

That sound normal to me. My normal weight is about 40 pounds more but I see similar variations.
My all time record change was a 9 pound gain (163 to 172) overnight. There was some serious eating but even so most of that was water and things returned to normal a few days later. I have found that a one time binge will create a short time gain much larger than the long term damage.
If you keep weighing yourself every morning you will eventually get used to seeing the fluctuations and they will not bother you so much. At least that is the way it works for me.

Are you weighing yourself at the same time in the same way every morning? I find that helps me stay consistant with my weight tracking, and I always see my lowest numbers then, never higher. Probably better to make sure you do it after going to the washroom as well, I never realized I could drop a whole pound just by emptying my bladder... haha.

Yea, I weigh every other, sometimes everyday, in the morning before my shower. I have usually had a diet soda or tea before that.
It's normal for me to do this. I have been weighing myself for last three years and sometimes I have big swings. especially when I am not being consistent in my eating habits. Which is usually when I am trying to lose weight.
I think cause I will be good for two to three days, then I am not so good for a day. Like on Friday, I was not good, ate all day. So, that will show its ugly head on the scale today or tomorrow.

| Water weight has caused me more misery than probably any other beauty blunder (except for maybe shoes), which is the reason why people's weight may naturally fluctuate about 5 pounds each day. If you're trying to lose weight, weight yourself only once every 2 weeks, and focus more on how your clothes fit. Remember, the weight gain could also be due to increased muscle mass.

| I know that this sounds sick, but I have a problem with the internal plumbing and things not "moving along" properly. So, my weight can be off by as much as 5 lbs and it is due to what is inside (trust me, I have weighed myself before and after). Yes, Metamucil is my friend....
