I just think it's great when see results for our efforts.
This morning while doing the skin brushing thing. I noticed the I can see my muscles in my arms. Also, my abs are looking better from doing the ab lounger. I also discovered that I do have hips- that I haven't seen in years (since they were hiding under the fat).
I am just happy!
Please everyone share their "seeing results in the mirror" stories?

Congratulations!
I've been doing a lot of the bike, so I'm really starting to see contour in my legs. They were already pretty strong to begin with, but now they are really getting some muscle. :)
I can also see it in my face. Unfortunately, I can't really see it anywhere else, and I certainly can't see it as well as my family can see it.
My mom gave me a hug the other day, and she was able to clasp her hands together pretty well. I don't think she was able to do that before, so I guess that's an indication. :D

I remember my husband commenting on how it was nice to get his arms around me again.
So, in the long run, everything we do, does pay off. I so glad the last couple of days have been good for me. It makes it so much easier to stay with this eating healthy and exercise thing.
When I don't see any results, it's so hard to keep chugging along.

After losing 40 pounds you can see a difference on me. Instead of having a "pot belly" I have a loose belly. About half the fat is gone and everything feels so loose and squishy. I really can't wait until the skin starts to tighten up.
Last week I went to Subway like I always do for lunch. The manager said "Wow, are you losing weight?!?" which I thought was pretty cool.

| I know the feeling... I've lost around 60+lbs since last may and noone has really has said anything. A few people here and there about my face. But just in the past week, I've had 2 people tell me I look fantastic and asked what I was doing. Just a push in the right direction to get my buns back into gear and do what I need to do. The gym piece is going to have to wait a few more since I've managed to hurt my back/pelvis.

I've got to do the skin brushing thing more often.
I just bought some new clothes yesterday. I can't wear the plus sizes anymore. How absolutely fabulous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The two grandma tops I bought a couple of months ago just hang on me and look terrible. That's OK! I'll give them away!!! I can't wait to give all my fat clothes away! I don't plan to ever wear another plus size again!

| Skin Brushing is supposed to increase circulation to the skin and hopefully help to avoid hanging skin while losing weight. You can research it on the web. I looked all over the web for the right type of brush and was about to mail order for about $9 plus enormous shipping. Then I found the same brush at Walmart for $.97.

Yeah! No more plus sizes. I loved when I didn't have to buy XXL's anymore. Yeah, I am trying to be better about skin brushing also. Now, I just need to get better about using my face cream.
It's always something.
oh yeah, I found a brush packed away in my basement. It was my husbands grandmas.
~ He helped me find a brush if I promised not to tell anyone that I skin brushed. lol

I heard it helps with that and with extra skin and even stretch marks. So, I am trying it. I heard that it takes up to a couple of weeks or more to start to see any results.

| I also have to say. It is quite strange doing the skin brushing. I keep thinking one of my kids is going to catch me doing it and think I have lost my mind, lol. Just had to share that.

| Yes, like having your skin trimmed off and reset. I pulled my skin brush back out last night!
