Curious if anyone else does this?
I find that on days that I don't drink as much water as I normally do (60-80 oz) like days when I am out and about and only get in maybe 40-50oz I weigh MORE the next day even if my eating didn't change.
I hear that if you don't drink enough water (or in my case what it is used to getting in a day) that your body retains so even with less fluids you still end up weighing more than you did the previous day?

Not wishing to lower the tone, but water assists in the passing of waste matter from the body (among its many other benefits). So it could be you weigh more because you GO less...

It's the opposite for me. On my "off days" of exercise, I drink less water (about 16-32 fluid ounces), and the next day is when I drop my weight.
My body is weird - I can go 7 days without losing a pound, and then BAM! I take a day off, weigh myself the next, and I've dropped 5 pounds, and it stays off. Weirdness. XP

VERY weird! The same thing happens to me. I eat like #%@&! one day and then 1 or 2 pounds just magically drop off me. I'd love an explaination for THAT one!

Well, drinking water will inhibit ADH (anti-diuretic hormone), making you urinate more frequently. Maybe that is why you weigh more when you drink less. IDK .. Just a thought.
