Hiya,i wasnt but after beggin my cambridge adviser he said i could but only if my gp said it was allright he said i  can stay on for 2 weeks then i have to go back to the docs if all is well i can carry on if not i have to come off so fingers crossed.lol

hiya claire how you doin? i am not to good been feeling ill on this cambridge diet got docs later as i dont think its right for me which is really p***ing me off  think i am going to ask to see the nurse and sort some diet plan out with her got to be better than this i feel like i am going in circles and not getting anywhere at this rate i am going to be back where i started last year.Lucy :sad:

hiya lucy oh no i had ma fingers and that crossed fo u lol wonder whats rong pissing u off i bet it is it would b driving me mad u should ask ur doc for the pill a told u about i had about 2 years ago it was fine :) was thinking of asking for them again from my doc just to get another boost but then again am doing fine without the pills thats another 3lb this week roll on next sat :) keep me up 2 date  hun k xx

Hello, I'm new here, made my introduction in the new member forum last week and so on, I need to lose a big amount of weight as well, 100lbs to be exact.  I'm taking baby steps,  I had a few set backs and I am basically restating in a few departments.  I used to be able to ride my bike for an hour each day, now I am back down to 10 minutes and I usually feel like I'm pulling a truck along.  I know I need to lose this weight for the sake of my knees and for all around better health.

hiya and welcome to the forum hun :) well as u can see by my posts i need to loss a lot lol but am the road now apart from this week i have lost nothen oh well always next week a dont let this get me down or i will just give up but i am determind to fight all the way lol  as for exersize i was doing #%@&! on ma treadmill now am doing ok was only able to manige 10 mind a day now a do a hole house each day but split in ti 2 times a day :) so thats good lol where is it u r from ? :grin:

hey everyone. im a new member on here and i thought i would share my knowledge of losing weight and getting in shape. im a certified personal trainer  through nccpt(national council for certified personal trainers) and have been obsessed with training and dieting for the last 6 years. one of the main things i can say is, diet is the most important thing in losing weight. next is a cardio program and finally a weight training program to supplement everything. but what people fail to understand is that there are underlying factors that can hault your weight loss goals, like hereditary factors, and even things that you may not know about, like tape worms and build up in your intestines that can slow down digestion and getting rid of waste. i hope this helps a bit.

Hi, I'm glad to see that you guys are doing so good.  Loosing weight is so hard.  I am so happy, I've lost 22 lbs and 15 inches in 6 weeks.  I went off my program purposely and have been off a month and have not put 1 lb back on.  I'm hooked now.  I'm starting back up, I have 80 lbs to go.  If anyone is interested, let me know.  Are you guys keeping track of your inches.  Sometimes you loose incheck and not lbs.  Good Luck.
